  1. They will have a 8cm or 10cm exhaust housing; should be on the casting. Can you post some pics?
  2. What size rear on the T517Z's? Also, what were the new cartridges, from Greddy/Trust or MHI equivalent? Mike
  3. As soon as you lower it from standard roll centre is moved. It is not a linear scale either, lowering the car 25mm may change the position of the roll centre greater than 25mm. It is also amazing how little Japanese aftermarket "roll centre adjusters" actually do in changing the roll centre considering how expensive they are. Brad is definitely the man on suspension, everything I have learned has been from a suspension masterclass with him!
  4. He must have read the thread because that night after I posted he text'd me to let me know "I like a chat but I am no Jim Berry". Haha!
  5. I will start collecting loose change from various couches in poeples houses from now!
  6. As a R33 GTR owner I feel it has got to the point where I should do something in defence. I would like to thank Roy for these photos
  7. I hope you mean a V6 is better in terms of weight balance in a car and not balance as in mechanically. Mechanically it is shit in comparison to an I6, the I6 is arguably the best configuration in terms of dynamic balance of rotating components. Interesting to note that Fords I6 4.0L is being updated to meet new emission laws (last I heard).
  8. What are people doing about engine oil, is there anything specific that you would need to use? Also, I have heard mixed information about E85 being harder on valve guides and also water vaopur in exhausts.
  9. A top bloke indeed, loves a chat too! Haha.
  10. Man you got money to burn, Bosch 044 please.
  11. Yeah but by most reports no one knows what they get as it is a secret. Paul is a dead on bloke and as some one mentioned you would be surprised who (and which company) he builds engines for.
  12. Fellas, Brad is with out doubt one talented young man! I hope he updates the thread at some stage (or allows me to post a photo ) Thanks again Brad.
  13. If you had a capable ECU you can send the pump a PWM signal to lock the A-LSD when ever you like. You could even make your own tables.
  14. If you wanted it to be really light maybe 1200kg is possible and moderate power i.e. 350-400hp I would go with an R32 GTS-t.
  15. Were the Seibon carbon doors no good? Are they 100% carbon fibre or are they fibreglass with carbon skin? I thought they were a good product...
  16. I think he worked for Rhemac in Adelaide.
  17. Cheers for the reply I really do think the jury is out on aftermarket plenums. Interesting info none the less! Once again, great build, credit to you.
  18. I would not mind seeing a small precision like a 6262 or 6265 on an RB25/RB26... they make awesome power on EVO's in the states at high boost. Would be good to see!
  19. While you are at it ask them about Hypertune plenum vs Nismo?
  20. Can't help with the cam question but the modified TD07 sounds cool
  21. That Racepace hocus pocus is really annoying; but from what Nismoid mentioned stock cams and 9.5 static compression will give pretty high dynamic compression. Hence good results for a street car with -9's and stock stroke. Advantage in going higher compression allows you run longer duration cams without causing such a loss in dynamic compression.
  22. What wiring... complete looms?
  23. Pretty sure they penetrate gas flow. I think I speak for everyone when I say we want to see (and hear) a video of this thing idling/whistling away!
