  1. Yes, it is a c**t of a job. Be a man, do it yourself!
  2. SMS and no reply. PM sent. Mike
  3. Know the history of the block? How much use? Mike
  4. Sorry to hear about the bad news Paul, hope you get it all sorted this time mate. In your experience, for block strength is it ok to grout as far as the welsch plugs and still use the engine for circuit work? Any coolant issues?
  5. Ian, Are these engines you are designing and putting together using standard modified (re-ground) cranks?
  6. Noticed you are in Adelaide, Luke... where can you get E85 from?
  7. How did you know I was an engineer? lol 2:1 is a basic engineering "standard" or guideline it was just a bit of a pot stir. To be honest I doubt whether no BOV will make a difference to turbo life at all, depending on what boost spike you would get, just more load on the bearings. I probably would on a ball bearing turbocharger as the bearings are not designed for very high axial loads. But for bush bearing cores (which can be rebuilt for peanuts anyway) I would not bother. My opinion...
  8. Not with a 2:1 safety factor in the design.
  9. Possibly a stupid question but can you use tank foam with alcohol fuels? Regardless I have heard mixed reports from Aeromotive pumps failing prematurely... I would go these personally: http://www.weldonracing.com/
  10. Those springs rates seem quite high, not sure what they should be for a GTS-t but in my GTR I have around 7kg/mm. I would have Whiteline or Selby swaybars instead of the Nismo variants to allow for some adjustment there.
  11. Any of the inside of the exhaust housings? Cheers
  12. Ahh, what do Bullseye do to BW turbos to make them "special"? 5.5"inlet what a beast!

  14. Photos don't work... where are you located?
  15. Separate turbos from dumps? And yes, pics please...
  16. Out of interest did you ever end up switching to the S300SX 83/75 before changing again now? Seems like a good option for a stock stroke RB26 but there is so little info on these turbos on RB's.
  17. Prototype BW turbo... titanium wheels?
  18. Nolathane... Nismo is still silicon filled like the standard ones (I think). I went Superpro everywhere! Not sure about the steering rack though mate.
  19. Pics on inside of plenum? If you can... Mike
  20. They are a copy of the Ikeya product. Personally I would stay away from any non bushed front upper arm. Find out what is bend/broken and replace with a standard part, while you have it in pieces press in some adjustable front upper bushes so you can adjust your camber to suit. Mike
  21. http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/95872-something...le-special.html Enjoy!
  22. You won't post interstate?
  23. Hi mate, Just so you know, if you are moving from big power and drag to a more circuit orientated car, Endless-R have built a time attack R34 GTR with a 2.8L bottom end with a T88-38GK with close ratio sequential box and it is an absolute beast. They also use their own single throttle body plenum design. Not sure what your plans are but just so you know. Mike
