  1. what will it do to tell me that it is bent when i undo one of the links? the rear is the same.. maybe out by 2mm cos the front is higher. i'll check tonight
  2. took out the front struts one of them was 2mm lower than the other one. than i changed the shocks to kyb ones with the lowered king springs. didn't change the height but it feels firmer than before.. should i change the swaybar completly with another one and new bushs?
  3. i do have all of them.. it covers the ca18i, ca18de,rb20e, rb20de, rb20det, rb25de i think... pm me if you want it
  4. mine made the noise ALOT more after i installed my front mount. i also have a APEXi dual chamber BOV and didn't adjust it for the first run after that and it sounded really good but i wouldn't leave it like that.. you'll kill the turbo. you think about it, the turbo is spinning one way then when you get off the gas all this air has to go somewhere. that place is back through the turbo which is spinning the other way.. thats when you hear the chop noise.
  5. as title says. doesn't matter how many k's are on it, high or low. just need everything to work.
  6. it wasn't the guy from GCG talking about it was it? if it was that is basically what HI-FLOW means, you have to machine out the inside of the turbo to be able to fit the bigger size wheels.
  7. mine did at 170,000 k's. might have been done at 105,000 but i didn't have the car.. it had a pin hole in the bottom of it. its the same as a RB30 one, about $80 i htink
  8. have fun! not really a hard job just annoying
  9. i have GTS-4 gearbox.. haha if you want it for $350 its yours. mind you, you might smash it but yeah.
  10. undo all the plastic bits under the steering colum you'll see in behind where the key goes in there will be about 4 wires coming off it. follow them back to the plug. its quite big for 6 wires.
  11. yeah.. i turned it on again after this incident and there was no noise but there was no cool air at all.
  12. because i needed a GTR one it cost me $500 for the rack and $250 for the labour ( including wheel alignment ). this was about a year ago when i didn't know about this site. check in the for sale section for anyone selling one for your car, should be able to get one cheaper.
  13. if you follow wires back from the ignition you should fine a rather big plug with about 6 wires in it.. if you get a test light you should be able to fine which one is for what.
  14. sounds like a short somewhere... did the air con make any nosie's before it died? clicking?
  15. the noise is actually coming out from under the front of the car? as to be maybe the pump that runs off the motor.
  16. noticed today that when my aircon is working that it makes a clicking noise. it won't stop unless you turn it off again. and today i turned off the car and i heard this hissing noise ( sounds like a leak in the lines ) and didn't stop for about 5 mins. i didn't turn the air con back on as i was to scared to. what do you think is the problem? and help would be great!!
  17. i don't think you have to change the gaurds. its just the boot lid rear bar and the lights. i saw it somewhere one guy did the conversion.
  18. i have a $70 deposit on it for when it comes out... ( made it about 6 months ago, still waiting ) i got around 70% in GT3 but a got bored with it and i didn't really like doing the rally section.. had fun doing overnight long distance races
  19. if it doesn't do it with the clutch in, its most probably your input shaft bearing.
  20. yes as he is looking to buy not sell..
  21. ummm. nah i'm good.. i'll just get my other ones redone.. if you want to sell them again just pm me
