could be your throwout bearing?? just an idea

does anyone know???? my trust bearing shat itself and i want a new clutch at the same time??? ANYONE????

my water pump had a pin size hole in it and it was leaking big time... then i got a brand new RB30 water pump installed for $220

i see CHARLY every day cos he comes down to my work and gets lunch.. then there is a grey R33 with plats 53-PPO i think that comes into work.. then another R33 GTR with the biggest wide body kit on it with 17" that looks really gay. and thats about it..

i have a 93 GTS4 and it does the same as yours.. pushs on the outside. i would really like to know if this will fit aswell...

i got a older style Apexi Turbo Timer the other day and got the harness. but all the instructions are in Japanese... its got 1 green wire, 1 Blue wire, 1 Red wire, 1 grey with 2 red stripes, and a black with 2 red stripes.. does anyone have the english version of this or know how to wire it up... i have a mongoose alarm aswell so that would make it harder i think.. i don't know any help would be great. what condition are the struts in?

when as for the 2 door 4 door thing there is no differance between them except for the outside. and mine was an auto and i hated it!!! once i did the conversion i was much happier. with the performance side of things at all fours some guys have got 170 4wks and around that with some goods mods. but stock there not very much.... but.. hehe good for 4wd launch's!!

i have a RB20DET with cams and valve's etc.. sorry to hijack.

i think he had 15psi.. which is pretty good.

yeah my mate has a R33 hi-flow job on his rb20det with front mount and made 210 on the dyno.

i think that R32 parts are very easy to find and some parts from a RB25, RB26, and a RB30 will fit onto the RB20. i have a new water pump that is meant to be on a RB30.. the RB series engine have pretty much the same bottem end.. well maybe some minor things but nothing to be worried about. it depends on what shape skylines YOU!!!!!!!!!! like the best. i got a R32 GTS4 because i like the r32 better than the R33. but thats just me. one other thing to think about is that the R33 has a better engine and gearbox than the R32's have.

i think only the 89 model had different lights cos the front indicaters were clear not orange. so that is maybe why they changed the actually head light cos of the different design or something.. thats about all i got.

i have a 3350 for $80 if you want... in VGC with charger.

but when the clutch is in doesn't the input shaft stop spinning??? so that would mean that the thrust bearing whould make a noise since there is nothing moving? wit my car i have the noise is neutral and in gears but only when the car is moving. i have to admit that when i did the manual with a few mates we did something really dodgy cos the imput shaft wouldn't go in.(we were there for about 2 hrs trying to put the box in and figured that out). i hate the noise it gets very annoying very quickly!!! i plan after i install my FMIC i am going to save up some more and get a new clutch, lightened flywheel and a new thrust bearing... but the main thing is.. i'll make someone else do it because 4WD box's suck the BIG ONE!

there is an adjustment at the top of the back of the clutch pedal.. hard to get to. all you do is undo the bolt the undo the rod and do up the bolt again. i think thats how you do it... i didn't do it, my mech did it.

does anyone know if the clutch will fit a R32 GTS4??? would be interesting to see if it would help hi rpm lauches at the drags or something...

have you checked the pump computer in the drivers side kick panel.. could be something up there...

i think the reason why the 32 was put into the bathurst series is because it was bacially a race built car with plates on it. i read some info awhile ago can't remember where but it was that nissan made this car for the track. but in saying that i think any GTR is wonderful and i love them all!!!! have you guys seen the ZERO-R's made by HKS??? they are a R32 gtr with a new style bodykit, win exhausts, 2.8L HKS stroker kit, big single turbo, specially made 17' or 18's, no back seat, motobiker side filler for fuel, everything about this car is race SPEC, everything!!! if i can find the article i'll scan it in. they made 10 and only sold 2 because they were asking too much. now the 8 just sit behind the HKS factory with covers over them and moss growing on the bumpwer and the brakes rusted away.... so sad...
