i think i've done that i few too many times... its still flickering and going spastic. its hard racing people but i just have to listen to the car.

suzuki gti.. great little car to have fun and very easy to work on.

mine did the same thing but my shocks are stuffed. its really not that hard to pull them out and replace them or the springs it took me about 2 hrs to do mine by myself. give it a go, its not hard.

OK... WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T POOR THE OIL THROUGHT THE GEARSTICK.. it doesn't work. the oil goes back into the transfer case... the transfer case has seperate oil to the actually gearbox.. use 1.8-2L of TRANS MATIC D OIL in the transfer case and 5L of 75w-90 gearbox oil. there are 2 drain plugs at the bottem of your gearbox.. one for the gearbox and the other for the transfer case. use a hand pump to pump the oil into the gearbox and transfer to make things easy. look in the DIY section at the R32 gearbox oil change.. its sort of the same thing. have fun.

how hard is it to install a cam gear anyway?

got the DIY section and read that.. lots of good stuff... i did mine for $9.. works a treat!

thats funny... i had one with all the stuff from my converison and sold it for $310 i think... from brisbane to adeliade was $95.

for awhile now my tacho hasn't worked or when it does it flickers all over the place than stops working again.. what the heck is going on????

same thing happened on my little GTI suzuki.. belt snapped and half the valve's were bent. so new motor for that car.

My condolences to you and your family. i heard about this the other day and i felt really bad reading about it... again i am sorry about the situation.

i have a RB20DET head with cams and all the rest except the cam covers.

the blue GTR i thought was a R33?? theo's R32GTR has had some work done to it now.. did anyone see him at the powerslide before the last one they had... blew up a turbo!! i was talking to one of the guys and they said that they had a T88 off a GTR that just came in the shop that they ripped off to put on Theo's car.. its running like 1.7 bar of boost or something.. new ( non-stock ) GTR gearbox. he's gone through 12 Stock GTR gearbox's in that car. i got my clutch done this week at DIRECT CLUTCH and steve is the guy to talk to. Great place to get stuff done and he is very helpfull. Steve is on the pit team for Theo when he goes out to meets and stuff. so if you need a new clutch ring them and talk to Steve.

i think the turbos will bolt straight up with everything the different thing about the GTR34 turbos is they have steel exhaust wheels.. i think.. there are some on ebay for around 1300 i think... you can run more boost with these turbos so on the R32 would be a good upgrade.. would be good if you could get them hi-flowed too.

yeah.. the fronts have a circle join at the bottem of them and the rear ones have a fork shape that connects at the bottem. got a mate that works at aussie auto and he rang around for me and blisten are the only ones that make replacement shocks for the GTR/GTS4 and are like $550 a pair.

is it possible to do the bearings with the engine in the car on a 4WD??? or how much do it cost to get those bearings changed?

see if you can get a R34 GT-T cooler... about 80-100 bucks and works a treat

how much for the bottem end?

cool.. i i'll have a look at it on the weekend. when i bought the car the front left shock knocked everytime i went over a bump. but then it went awayso i didn't worry about it. thats why i thought it was the shockie.

i sold mine for $310... lol

the other night i noticed that i could hear a squeaking from the front left of the car.. i got out to see what the hell was going on and started to push down on the front left side and it was squeaking it arse off... i'm hopefully getting some gtr struts soon but do you think they well hold up?
