  2. Thats the european influence from the Audi design board.
  3. Tracy and I might be in if we can find a babysitter for Cam. We need to get there early enough to hog a whole row or two
  4. Andrew there is a Mallala track day (for bikes) coming up on the same day that I'd like to attend, but the race bike might not be ready. This means I'm 75% in. If I'm not going to be on track, I'll def be in on the SAU Paintball Battle Royale! Done paintballing before and its hell fun! And I just wanna shoot the ....
  5. Spotted a silver S2 Stagea at the Greenhill Rd/Glen Osmond Road intersection
  6. Oh trust me ... my blood did boil and I did wanna kill somebody. But I had to get the house ready to be sold, so I got physical and angry with a few landscaping jobs. I'm a big believer of karma ... I just let the cards fall and played with what I had. I got dealt a good hand this time. And it was just at that time when I had genuinely given up on women.
  7. You might be a bit wiser if you did read more BTW ... that ain't an essay. I've done 5000 word essays for uni. They ain't pretty! ... and pretty boring
  8. Welcome aboard. $200 a week I heard, just to drive that yank tank to work and back each day. Bloody hell
  9. The way Tracy likes it, you'll need to be a bit more able bodied ... flexible ... stronger Thanks for the words guys. It made me stonger I guess, and I don't put up with shit anymore. I'm well known for being direct and to the point and not taking crap ... blame the ex for that I had to emotionally shutdown and push away/write off the woman I believed I was going to raise a family and grow old with. There was no pleading with her. No "why". I simple told her immediately "I want you out. I want you out of my life now". I learnt not to care and to have no feelings for the ex or the friends I thought I could trust. I lost the life I had built, lost the house, lost trust with alot of people. Kids mean that much to me ... I just walked away from my previous life/lifestyle and never looked back. I think that annoyed her so much, that I had the ability to do that. My ex never understood it ... her argument was that she'd be left with a baby she didn't want, while I was out riding my bikes and cruising with mates. She never understood that my bikes and other toys were what was filling the void of not having a kid. After 11 years, she never understood me. Shame. Give me a kid, I'll do what it takes to be a good dad and husband. Simple. Silly, silly woman. Assumption is the mother of all f*ckups, and lying is the daddy of all f*ckups. My ex f*cked up big time. I've got a second chance now with Tracy after an 11 year deficit with the ex. She is totally wanting another 2 or 3 babies (hence the extension going onto our house) and loves me unconditionally. I've had this awesome opportunity land in my lap and I ain't going to f*ck it up. If we genuinely try and never end up conceiving, I can live with that.
  10. Whats the condition of the box? Do you have a pic? I'm planning for a manual conversion for my Stagea. I'd need to plan a drive to Melbourne for pick up if I go thru with it.
  11. TJ, I put a deposit on it and didn't get around to checking its fitment until I returned from an interstate trip. I've since paid David the balance, so David was actually waiting on me. Not his fault
  12. Got a driver's side window only you could separate from door? Ruby
  13. I had been trying for over 5 years, leading up to the end of my 9 year marriage. Found out the ex-wife (wife at the time of course) had lied about wanting children and misled me. Pretended she couldn't have kids because of indemetriosis (diagnosed 3 years prior) and played on that. Indemetriosis was her way out of having kids. She knew I really wanted kids. I suspected something was up when friends with worst cases were successful in conceiving. My ex only had a minor case. Her egg count was good and above normal and my sperm count was above normal also. Other tests proved positive and the doctors couldn't explain why the ex was not conceiving. I forced her into a corner when the option of IVF came up ... she had to come clean and bluntly told me it was a silly idea to want kids. That of course ended the marriage there and then ... I had never been to damn angry and devastated at the same time! It was a 9 year lie ... and I'd given up ever having kids thanks to that bitch. To put more salt in the wound, she had an 'interest' elsewhere ... There are people out there who just cannot have kids. People out there who shouldn't be having kids. And people out there who genuinely deserve kids. Its a sad world when the Govt decides to $ reward teens to have babies ... and makes it financially impossible for working couples to start families. The ferals are breeding, while deserving couples are getting screwed over. Now I'm with Tracy and we are trying for kids as we speak ... maybe one day I'll be posting up on SAU soon that I'm going to be a dad. But ... I've learnt not to get my hopes up ... it almost destroyed me last time. I've had more than my teaspoon of cement now, and I'm just happy with what I've got. Congrats.
  14. Stupid computers today! One reception PC power supply has died. The receptionist can't log on and get her desktop up on my share PC in my office ... so I've put her on my drafting PC. So I'm stuck in my office using a less than adequate PC for drafting today! IT guy should have been here an hour ago! I'd do it myself, but I'm too busy for that shit.
  15. Thats the one. Been featured in a few mags too. Tracy and I have already made up our minds it'll be the wedding car! He's busting to take it to AIR when it (finally!) reopens.
  16. Good morning Kell
  17. My fiancees brother has a one family owned (2 owners) HR Holden in absolute mint condition. His grandfather bought it new and Paul inherited it as a project. It's now an absolute mint with a 350 Chev in it and tough driveline. You'd be hard pressed to find any fault in it. Even the old venetians are still on the back window!!! He is one of the most dedicated car enthusiasts I know.
  18. So true. I've even seen a few fiestas with big cannons. They look extremely stupid and gay ... especially the guy driving the excel with the "Princess" sticker across the back window. I get people snob off my Stagea often. But I don't care, I bought the stag to please me, not them. I even get encouraged to race ... I figured if they wanna race me, then they obviously feel threatened by the Stagea. Losers. Especially the bimbo in the white 32 last week racing thru peak traffic to pass me.
  19. It needs a respray Spotted one red 33 in the city today with a colour mismatched rear bumper
  20. How can we take anything you say in a positive way when you talk alot of shit like this ^^^ Talk shit about track days when you've never done it Then hinting you like the thrill of getting caught by the police. "Where did (you) say that?". You're saying it indirectly above. I don't care how carefully you word it to hide behind your 'escape clause' comments, please keep you're stupidity for yourself or just keep it to ns.com
  21. You make it sound easy. Where are you going to find land that big that is not zoned Hills Face Zone, or Residential, or any other zone not intended for race tracks? Do you know what development fees are involved? Do you know the excavation costs, as well as site survey costs, ERD Court fees, not to mention the waiting period for the approvals, and thats well before Council would even want to look at it. Then Council might not want to touch it and refer it to the Development Assessment Commission ... especially if its a Category 3 application. You'll need an engineers report before you start, and they're not cheap. You'll need Council approval, and you'll never get it. You'll need CAMS approval and inspections You'll need qualified staff to manage the track You'll definately require insurance to cover you, and thats expensive! You'll need proof of insurance before anyone will start work on it. Wouldn't be worth the paper its written on. Applicants would still require a Recreational Licence.
  22. Hmm, asked a cop friend of mine ... they're more like $75K now days for the lidar type. What a waste of money. Wish I got paid $75K to be lazier in my job.
  23. With the exception of impersonating a cop, I say good on him ... If he's got no GF, no dog, no life, and lots of time ... everyone needs a hobby.
  24. Huh? What? What did I miss? *seeks attention*
