  5. i tell you wot come prove me wrong adrenline dyno coming up i think next week end will confirm date for you . You can silence them all in one go .wot you say

Nothing sly about it ....ing in your face Steve tell something why cars can run at your dyno one day and come to adrenline and consistently run 10% below the next you and i both saw this on several car do this (including gotboost)does this show adrenlines dyno is out (ex summer nats dyno)to the low side or just high light inconsist in wa dynos i can comply a list of car and figures if you so wish but adrenline have had there figures disputed before ie commodore ute ran 330hp and he believed to be to low when to another and ran 332hp. (not 438hp to 511) if this trend were to true that (438) would be lucky to make 400 at adrenline like gotboost last visit down here.

  8. 11.1 on slicks with 430hp shouldnt be compared with street tyres as mine and anthony r32-gts

  10. ok cool i saw it at drag combat but obvisously(or not) there must be a difference between running a 11.1 like jades 430hp and running a 10.74 like anthony 680hp or you would think it wouldnt take so much more hp to get a high ten. so i think mph is a good indication hp and eta an indication of setup and driver ? or am i wrong (only a question)
  11. yeah most likely but rubber is my main problem (traction) anyone one at drag wars can tell you that and the clip is on the antilag web site .You can hear all 4 gear changes by the tyre slip squieling and plus it was my second time to a drag trip of any type, but it will be back some where down the road depending on work to see wot a bit of traction could do for me. I not shore whos jades is ,is that got boost the rb26 r32 gts on slicks(only a question)
  12. my 20c still believe the APEXI pfc dollar for dollar is the best plug and play on the market running car from std cars to cars like the 8 sec apexi drag car not bad versatity if you ask me ,the only complain i have heard peolpe speak of is the use of afms ,which they now do a unit which nolong requires them but it took me all of two hours to built and fit suitable afms and piping and ecu and hand control i landed for $1330 and took a 2 hour tune on the dyno, I'm currently running 500hp at the wheels on adrenlines dyno (600hp+ at PAS at a guess lol) so i find it hard to look pass such an option.
  13. yes the laws do i ply but i think dynos anit dynos over here and i'm fast becoming a believer that the 1/4 is the only true lard stick as dyno figure seem to matter very little anymore with so much variation.

Yeah Gav , the car is a pleasure on the road cos it pulls from so low down (pulls off the motor from 3000rpm and hits full boost by 4000rpm) and yes i have been seen at collie sprint circuit more than once hehe and this is more wot the car was built for and where my passion is, drag has been a little side destraction. The future for this gtr i think is now more on reliability issue (not that is ever like me down) like N1 oil pump, oil cooler, sump extension, posible bigger cooler and maybe even some forged pistons etc.

Well i had to replace the turbos very early(because of failure at very low psi mind you) in when i bought the gtr and i was still learning about the different combination had seen the bolt in ball bearing replacement by garret and i had to keep them as close to std unit as possible but did want to put ceramic wheels back in and cos my claim went to court as i had only had the car a couple of weeks from a dealer. i had a win with the dealer having to pay for the replacement turbo and i paid for the other as the orginal was steel functional. So it was not exactly 100% by choice but i couldn't be happier. Gav do you think i've gone the right way with the combination.
  17. Just to let you guys know i took this car to drag wars in perth and ran a 11.33sec 125mph pass 1.75 60 footer with major traction problems. So i think most people would agree that that sort of mph reading with a car that hooked up (ie good rubber) could go very close to maybe break into the 10 sec bracket.   20. 518hprw = ~390kwrw i think yes once you break into the tens cage and andra licence but if you ran one 10.99 i dont think they would be all over you ,more if you ran consist or depther into 10s or a high mph i think
  21. poncam means bolt in in japanese and i fitting these cams in a matter of a few hours check all my clearances f.....g spot on the japans know how to make good gear ,the car ran 500 plus at the wheels and has run happierly ever sence, Amaru dont let these guys scare you it not like performing brain surgery and hope you enjoy the new cams god knows me rev210 are

  24. nice ha i saw a s13 running rb20 with ihi turbo at drift day at collie he was running 303hp at the wheels and it had balls ,the guy had also converted the std plentum to front entry himself and was the most impressive drift there that day
