  1. It's a terrible general. those big movements are compounds for a reason. Whole body is working. Should get the blood flowing.
  2. see how bad the damage is from the scan. Determine If surgery is needed or not. 2-3 physio sessions a week to start with, stretches once 'healed' and then back into movements like running. Start back into squats etc. once I get the ok. See how it goes Depressing really, I feel I was makin good progress
  3. Pump isn't a reflection of a good workout though. It's just a mental thing. Do weighted chins and see if you get bicep pump. Also, how are these twinges going away? Just because the pain eases doesn't mean the knotted muscle or impinged nerve does. Get a decent treatment. Have you thought about doing conventional dead lifts? Or are they another day? Just thinking they will work your ankle a bit driving through the feet
  4. Footy training... I've lived with bad legs for 9 years. Physio at least once a month for last 2.5years. Lifting has strengthened them up at least 2 fold, but it just went pop when I landed on one foot.
  5. Well my plans of entering April 14 are over. Torn hamstring.
  6. Bump. all serious offers considered
  7. Bugger. Impressive just the same on only 23psi
  8. What size GTX turbos?
  9. What do they Ultimately assist with then? Bad knees or?
  10. Yeah what size? And what sort of response?Edit: see the graph now
  11. When would you suggest to start using wraps TTT?
  12. It's also if you don't have good abdominal shape/structure. I personally dont. I'm clearly leaner than mates that have more defined abs. But it is only a guide
  13. half a bucket but kept using them?
  14. get your head builder to decide?
  15. if he couldn't get that right it will most likely be more than those issues
  16. Start a build thread so we can track progress. TTT will ask you how it's going down the track
  17. you've definitely changed your opinion then...
  18. has anyone actually read the breakdown and what causes what to do what in the preworkouts?
  19. Well, they are a pre workout after all.
  20. no. but i dont use a pre-workout for running either. one of the dangers of them, body not quite knowing its limits
  21. yep, as long as your strength is increasing and weight is staying same/decreasing youre doing something right.
  22. we all know you have to do pre pub curls..
  23. look up prices of off the shelf mufflers and resonators
