  1. how tall are you? body shape has advantages towards different lifts somewhat. also, how long have you been squatting/deadlifting compared to bench? the first weights anyone would be introduced to would be curls or bench at young ages...+ chins/pullups and pushups....
  2. You've got to get this thinking out of your head. Going through the motions is pointless IMO. If you achieve a goal lifted weight, what's the sense of just forever doing that? Don't you want to better yourself?gives you something to look forward too.Also, your reasoning for gloves, you'll get better feel and grip without them and guess what? any callouses you may or may not get would be lucky to make contact with the other hand. I have callouses, work in an abrasive industry and my hands are 'soft' to touch so to speak.

  4. Not at all, I'm saying achieving Markos' basics in strength shouldn't need coaching if you are dedicated and know how to read. You said when it starts to get heavy, I just asked when that was as to warrant a coach. Coaching is definitely warranted. PTC frankston doesn't have so many record holders out of luck.
  5. how much on average do you think/know? People that eat 'clean' lose weight. What they are doing works, but they are just eating less calories than they need a day by default. Yourself and birds just so happen to eat around what you need to achieve what you want. It works for you, so why not.
