  1. If the engine flows too much air for the turbo, it will choke, limiting achievable power and rpm levels required. Same way as a 2.5-3" exhaust is fine for a stock motor, but not one with a bigger turbo/motor. PJ has got the rated number and more out of a few PTE turbos, 2l, 4cylinder, 40+psi. Anyone care to work out the equivalent flow of a 3.2l, 6 cylinder at half the boost?
  2. I know you weren't.Just saying its pointless to recommend one workshop over another with so many variables.
  3. I doubt they would of recommended a 3.2 with a 6262.

    Spool 3.4

Yeah sorry. Probably a shimless job Don't quote me, as I've never personally, just knew/heard of it being done. Would this help? http://fabre.com.au/news/2012/9/6/new-fabre-exclusive-supertech-rb25-solid-lifter-head-convers.html

    Spool 3.4

Neo head with a shim under conversion is on par with a 26 generally. Gt35 does not seem big enough to warrant a 3.4 6466 is a great combo for a 3l. You should make 500kw + (e85) never have to worry about how high your limiter is. Save the extra from the stroker crank, put it into the head.
  6. It's good business to be advertised like that one would think.
  7. Oh my mistake, didn't realise it was the 'obscured view'
  8. Of proportion? Cut out a meal and lower fats? What proportion are those measurements you gave? Mine were grams per body weight. So it doesn't matter what body weight the person is, the ratios are still the same but the end total will be different. Practice what you're trying to preach here.
  9. How many gyms are equipped for Olympic weightlifting and coaching for $15?It is something that you could teach yourself eventually. You once posted a video of your benchpress and had a lot of not so optimal things pointed out...if you'd paid a bit more to have a coach, people on this forum wouldn't of had to coach you.
  10. Don't get butt hurt over it.No one said he deserved the issues he has encountered. More money than most, probably. high end build? not really in the scheme of builds. I'm not taking anything away from the quality and quantity of parts that he has either. You're the one who that categorized it
  11. I thought the turbo setup and fuel system was already on it for some reason!
  12. He only got a rebuilt bottom end and some diffs put in, would hardly call it high end.Not to take anything away from a 3.2 stroker of course
  13. If you want to stay as strong as possible and maintain as much muscle mass. Count macronutrients, with around a 500calorie deficit, for 3months. .9g protein per lb, .7-.8g fat, rest as carbs.Maintain whatever weight you get down to for a month, then re-adjust and go again. If you don't care as much about holding strength and muscle mass, do what birds said as its 'easier' for most.
  14. .63 is a very small AR for a single on a 25
  15. Just saying it was a single throttle and no good doesn't really explain the whole picture. The setup might of been crap, single or itb.
  16. Also, at what power level do ITB's become a hinderance over single? CPC, custom plenum creations do plenums. So do RIPS in NZ. Both would make what you want. Or modify the stock plenum, don't quote me, but RACEPACE did/do that?
  17. Why will it be closed? Plenty of less informative dead end threads about. He has given a date when the car is going back
  18. I'm ~5-700 later than you. 2000 and above you can feel the turbo working. Great combo IMO. I'm impressed with mine, yours would/will be/is next level again
  19. Its definitely not the most straight forward one to read. Print outs have never really bothered me, I know how easy it drives. Went for a drive with a mate that has 2.6 with -5's, is far more responsive
