  1. the rebuild costs on rb 20 boxes are 1500 or so I have heard so an rb25 box would be a better optio or buy a guarateed s/hand one
  2. denham dont for one reason that car has really high milage you dont want to know what bmw's are like if you have to work on them if it was a merc I say fine but not a bmw. check the car for smoke even a whisper is not good "been there done that" you would be better off with a low klms coupe for simialar money if they can be had dont know bmw prices now though

  5. sad to hear snow man the might getrag is not so might. seeing as you are condiering a considerable up grade might pay you to consider swaping back to a 5 speed with an osgiken gear set. http://www.otomoto.com.au/ btw were you flat shifting

  7. speaking as someone who has blown 2 rb20 motors I would go the safe route. and fit the z32 afm. why casue the tunning is only guessing how to tuen once the afm runs out of resolution meggala
  8. looks pretty good to me are you happy with it?
  9. well I would be lowering your boost immedatly as you engine is at risk from running too lean the max power of the rb 20 injectors is around 250 hp@ the wheels or 195 rwkw you will need bigger injectors and a z32 afm btw this is one of the reasons I went sr rather than rb 20 cheers meggala
