Well if I knew more about tools/cars I could buy an appropriate set that would do me for good but seeing as I don't it makes more sense to buy what you need when you need it. Could you recommend me the ring spanner size range that I would look for in a kincrome set and anything I should look out for such as length? Also I would probably invest in ratcheting ring spanners, any drawbacks there?

I really don't feel like I trust myself to take the driveshaft out. I'm just going to top it up for now. Any 75w90 will do?

Fuarkkkkk I know how to get the exhaust off but taking the driveshaft out... oh well holidays start today for me! I know what i'll be doing.

Yeah I thought it probably was, was hoping for an easy check I guess. Need a hoist? Can't get under there with a trolley jack and stands? Yeah can't even understand how it's possible...

Ok so I looked around in the engine bay and I couldn't actually find where I check the gearbox oil level?

I notice this kind of thing doing 40km/h going straight on smooth road though...

R33 GTS-T With regards to the last picture what I experience sometimes is a similar sensation to driving over one of those street lines that has all the bumps and kind of hums. So I figured the tyres were rubbing on something. And if you look in the pic on the bit of metal above the wheel you see it has been rubbing on that but I can't find a particular circumstance when it occurs. Probably happens most when going downhill.

It had a heavy duty clutch put in just before I bought it so guessing the mechanic did a shit job? The fluid on the exhaust is dripping down from above. Theist pic I thought I'd pic there just in case and if I don't get an answer for it I'll post it in a thread on the suspension section. What do I do about the leak? Take if back to the mechanic and get him to do if properly this time?

I don't know much about cars yet, so tell me what do do about this! Looks like I'm losing a lot of fluid

My turbo has been high-flowed by GCG but i'm not sure on specifics does that probably change the restriction? I am a SAU VIC member btw.

The car looks really nice and I saw it first when I was GTR hunting on carsales, but yeah it's definitely a buyer's market at the moment. I picked up my series 2 R33 GTS-T with 260rwkw for 8k. I've only had my car for two months and I'd love to upgrade to a GTR but at double the price i'm wondering is it really twice the car. I honestly don't know because I haven't been in any skylines besides my own. What do you reckon?

Just wondering now seeing as you're not interested in swap what it takes to make mine like yours. I'm noting injectors & fuel pump mainly to get on E85. How much would you want for brake kit and seats regardless of if they are currently for sale or not. It's jan/feb where is samyip

Not that old, I posted in here just a few weeks ago. Got mine installed, you won't be disappointed. This is one very fine piece of fabrication. A couple of pointers (you might know these already but if not for you, for other people searching/reading) Buying a fire extinguisher: Get one with a good bracket. Metal frame and one strap I would say personally. If it comes down to it and you're on fire you don't want to be f**king around with two straps. I tried mounting mine in a couple of different ways but I found the best setup was with the pressure dial facing the floor of the car so it's easier to grab the handles to pick up the fire extinguisher. and mounting the fire extinguisher with the nozzle near the door. I tried all combinations and found it more difficult to remove.

So everyone running E85 is in the modified class due to fuel pump + injectors both needing upgrade? Just trying to work out if there is a way to go E85 and remain standard class.

Uh I wanted to check which injectors I had on my skyline and I guess now they are the standard purples. What I tried to do was take off the two top screws to find a part number and f**k me I almost completely stripped the screw trying to get it out. Any trick to getting them out? Engine was warm when I tried so I let it cool to the metal was not expanded but still no luck. WD40 help?

Yeah I was just wondering because of the intense marbling does it serve better more well done than rare or fried or grilled or whatever
