ok this is going to be hard to explain but bare with me.. on your factory LCA's there is a metal cone that fitted into the hub much like the ikeya one, you need to get that removed from your standard LCA (i used lots of force and an blowtorch to melt the rubber boot). once you get that off (watch your face as it will fly off!) you stick it on the Ikeya bolt so the large ends of the cones are connected. place it in the same way that you did in that last picture and it will bolt up sweet. Why these dont come with another cone is beyond me!
