Does the instrument cluster include the lower section (where the blanks whcih can be popped out)

Does the plastic piece which surrounds the instrument cluster include the lower part which includes the 'pop-out' blanks also??? if it's the whole bit i'm very interested. Please let me know. Cheers, Michael

heh...i was thinking the same thing I think the changes should make it more interesting to watch, but yeah i agree that the V8's aren't exactly what we'd consider exotic. but imho i'd rather see changes to the sport now rather than see indy take over the top spot.
