    RB 20 Virus Help

  3. Try starting out using the handbrake to get it started, and move on from there. My 32 is fairly prone to oversteer even though I have std turbo. The biggest difference I noticed was when I added a front swaybar (I picked up a cheap ARC swaybar from one of the guyss from the forum). after this the car was more prone to oversteer even though at the time I was only running 11PSI. I had a set of HKS coilovers installed then (with a stiff springrate), but I have recently changed them over to TEIN HA's and HR's. (PM Me if u r interested in buying the HKS coilovers from me). And I also had aftermarket Caster rods fitted which seemed to make the car easier to handle while oversteering. With HICAS you could always buy a lock kit, but My 32 has Hicas and it hasn't yet proven to be much of a problem good luck and happy drifting 46n2
  4. check the fuse in your cd player
  5. You probably need to adjust the clutch. I remember it being a bit of a pain but still able to be done in your backyard I had a Daikin HD clutch (2800lb) put into my 32, and i was having problems engaging gears without it grinding. I think the adjustment that needs to be made is what GTRKen is talking about ("too much freeplay in the underdash pushrod"). (sorry for the lack of tech names:) If you follow the clutch pedal up it comes to a shaft (approx 4MM diameter) that goes thru the firewall when the clutch is disengaged. This can be adjusted so the shaft pushes into the master cylinder a little more when the clutch is pushed in. I can't remember exactly how to adjust it, but have a look - it's not too hard to figure out. After I adjusted this, my cluch was fine Good Luck 46n2

  7. I think you're all nuts  the point of a BOV is to release the built up pressure along the intake when the throttle snaps shut. It's just not gravy just my 2c

  9. MearCat : Yeah, it's leaking inside the same as yours I've spoken to a few ppl and they think i'll be in need of a new master cylinder. I'm holding off for a few days to confirm. I'll post back and let u know... 46n2

  17. I noticed yesterday that my clutch is leaking a lot of fluid from where the shaft (the one kinda attached to the clutch pedal) goes into the master cylinder. I'm guessing a seal is gone, but can anyone offer up any advice asap. Is there anything I can try short of taking it somewhere because I'm a bit short on funds atm : Thanks 46n2
  18. Ja, sorry about my no-show I had all sorts of problems 'cause I was playing taxi. Ended up having to go out to blackburn do do a pickup : got there eventually, and the ppl at the gates said i get my pit pass inside? couldn't find the SAU guys for a while.
