  1. Atessa pump oil bottle
  2. It sounds like they think your a policeman that went through the academy and 040122 is your badge number.
  3. It was from Repco. Like a one size fits all. I had to cut the 2 larger rings off first. I just gave them the measurement before I started. I could of gone smaller on the shaft.
  4. Tools needed. Shifter, Socket set and or ratchet gun and sockets. Big blade screwdriver, rags degreaser. CV universal boot kit, Circlip pliers, Jack and wheel socket, side cutters and pliers Time needed 2hours approximately 1/ First raise up the side of the car that has the split boot. 2/ Remove wheel. 3/ Turn the steering wheel so the the disk points out at the front. This makes it easier to remove the caliper bolts. 4/ Remove caliper and hang it on a piece of wire on the top arm out of the way and remove the nut that holds the brake line. Also slide the disc off 5/ Take out the split pin and undo the nut on the end of the shaft. 6/ remove the nut that joins to the top arm and pull down 7/ You will be able to pull the arm down far enough and push the shaft back through the hub while you do this until you have enough clearance to pull the shaft out of the hub and rest it on lower arms 8/ Grab a big flat screwdriver with a square edge and slide it in from the back and slide it between the lip of the shaft and gearbox 9/ Put a shifter on the square edge until its tight and then turn the screwdriver until the shaft pops out. Then slide the shaft out of the way and clear of the car. 10/ Cut the old stainless ties and boot off and clear away as much of the old grease as you can with a rag 11/ Pull the 2 sections apart and remove the circlip on the end of the shaft and remove the bearings so that you have just the shaft left. (I couldn't get the bearings to come off the shaft doing this it just wouldn't budge) 12/ Clean up the bearings and the other end of shaft with degreaser ready for assembly. 13/ I was lucky the boot stretched out enough to go over the bearings. 14/ Measurements for anyone that wants to know 15/ With boot over the shaft I put the circlip back on and greased up the bearings all over and the rest of the grease into the other end 16/ Slide the boot up and over the wider end of the shaft and put on stainless straps and tighten 17/ Now we are ready to put it all back together. 18/ Bring the shaft up to the gearbox and make sure its straight and push it into the gearbox. With a slight tap of a rubber mallet on the other end of shaft it will pop in to the gearbox. 19/ Pull the hub out so that you can get the shaft into the hub hole. 20/ Put back the nut on the top arm and tighten and the big nut on the end of the shaft and tighten and put a new split pin in the hole. 21/ Put all the wires and brake lines back on 22/ Put the brake caliper back on and tighten 23/ Put wheel back on and lower to ground and take for test drive.
  5. If its the tuner from japan it wont work here. It is a different system. Replace it with an aussie one and feed that into your screen. You can still use the aerials that were connected to it and it has nothing to do with a band expander. If you want to expand your radio you need an FM band expander with the 2 pins and it plugs in line with your radio antenna and is powered up by ACC.
  6. It sounds like you haven't found the VTR channel yet. When your in the TV highlight the top right icon until and press it a few times until it shows VTR on your screen. If you are on VTR then leave it there and try the iphone again. If your putting out a tv signal from your i phone then set it to NTSC and then do a search on the car TV while the iphone is sending out the signal
  7. Try finding the VTR channel on your screen. It is the aux that the ipod would be connected into.
  8. I have led lights in my car they could be a bit brighter but they do the job. Also I had these leds from when I got the car. Someone in Japan thought they were tricky. They look cool at night
  9. The zylux is an asuka HR3 with there name on it. So it is marked up even before JB get them. Asuka used to sell them for less again.
  10. It is a phone adapter just not I phone. Try a nokia from the year of your car.
  11. I would of thought that the favorites menu which has stored places would of been stored on the dvd rom. I dont think it can write to a disk. It can only read a disk. Someone tell me if i'm wrong.
  12. How about you explain in detail from the beginning what you have tried and don't reply like a text message its hard to read between the lines. yes the cat been cut out.it sounds like it under load when you rev. <<What exactly are you trying to say. Are you just assuming the cat has been cut out because it sounds like it under load when you rev. You have said there is no leaks then you might have a blockage. What tests were done to the turbo?
  13. I had a blocked cat that wouldn't let me get boost over 3psi. Its worth taking that out for a look. Mine was running 20psi when I went out and when I came home it was blocked.
  14. you can do it programatically or cut and short the wires
  15. in that case you were just measuring the volt drop across the motor. At least you proved there is a circuit there and its the same as another one.
  16. I dont know exactly what plug you measured 4.7v at. It might be your measuring across the contact and have the motor or solenoid before the earth which would cause a volt drop. Did you measure the plug from each pin to earth with it disconnected. I cant see anywhere where there should be 4.7v. There is only 12v ign and 12v bat
  17. ]Yes I would say that is ok to short pin 6 to earth on the motor unit at the back there is 2 plugs by the look of it. You should be able to trick the relays as well. Then if all the hard wired stuff works then it could be the control unit itself. This block/logic diagram might help if you could translate it
  18. The pressure switch is between pin 3 and 6. If you have a look at the diagram I would say if the motor is cutting out then it has got pressure and its cuts the motor. The top right of the diagram is the motor circuit. there is a motor relay an actuator relay and a ETS solenoid. You could try putting constant 12v onto pin2 of the motor and see what happens. I also have this in english but its too big to upload.
  19. Drift practice at mallala from 5pm tonight
  20. you wont loose the screen and also the there are better dash kits than the one posted above from ebay. That is a cheap metra kit. You will be sorry if you got that. Have a look at the G35 dash kits on ebay USA.You pay more but they are better quality. Nice diagram also
  21. I never get an answer Fedor just says he is busy with it. If Andy reads this he can ask Fedor about the economy screen. I just have to get more dvds so I can copy it or you can bring your memory stick over and I can give it to you and you copy it onto disk yourself
