Yay, my cars miss is all sorted out. Took it to the mechanics about 2 weeks ago and they said the timing was out 4 degrees so they adjusted that and cleaned the air flow meter but the miss was still there, slightly better but still there. They checked a few more things but couldnt figure out why it was there. They said the only thing they could think it would be is a dirty injector, so i pulled them out and had them tested and cleaned and re-tested. The injectors came up 10% difference between the lowest and the highest pressure, the spray and spray angle was good. They got them within 2% from highest to lowest after cleaning them. There tolerance is 3% My car has never sounded so smooth, no more popping. Its actually gotten quieter, Im wrapped

They dont make any series 2 models and you will stuggle finding a fire department model, there was alot kicking round on ebay like 12months ago but havent seen any lately. Ive got 7 different model but i wont part with them as they will be collectors items one day.

When i got my wheels re-balanced they stuck the new weights on in a different spot so im wondering how to remove the old leftover like foam sticky backing that holds the weights on, ive tried everything but nothing will remove it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Go into repco or autobahn and talk to them, they will have several different options that will fit the stagea, All the brands like ROLA, RHINO, THULE will all have types that will fit but they will all have several different types available depending on how much weight your going to be carrying.

U can get them fully reco'ed, most auto elecs will and can do them. Ive had a few done over the years, its worth it considering if you buy a second hand one you dont really know what your buying. It could shit itself and they dont usually come with any warranty where as if you reco then they normally give you a 12 month warranty with it. I know what id be doing.

yep happened to me after work, just worked an 11 hour shift and that was the last thing i needed. The pick up must be on the drivers side cause my car was sloping toward the gutter and i had a quarter of a tank. It started but it soon died before i could take off. Pain in the arse
