Hey mate Postage can be arranged, here are the requested pics. Have recently upgraded to a Blitz FMIC and everything is in good working order with the R34 SMIC. The fan is a Davies Craig 8" (400cfm) and is less than 2 years old. Cheers J -

Having a bit of a clean up in the garage today & have the following parts for sale: R34 SMIC with 8" Davies Craig thermo fan (400cfm) mounted to cooler. Good Condition. Includes air duct, fan relay & all parts to fit R33. Great upgrade for R33 this cooler is 50% bigger than stock + the fan helps avoid heat soak on hot days. $200 ono D-Project Steering rack bushes R33 - brand new in box - they are dirty as they have been fitted once but never driven on. Remove compliance from stock bushes and improve steering feel and accuracy. $30 ono R33 Camber adjustable rear upper arms - brand new in box $150 ono R33 Front indicator/fog light clusters; left and right sides (silver) - Excellent Condition $150 ono each Open to any reasonable offers Prefer pick up - SE Melbourne Call Jamie on 0402213701

Hi Toshi I am very interested in one of your remaps. So how does this work and how can you make guarantees about performance and safety when doing this by mail order? Do I install it and then get it dyno'd to check AFRs etc? I have an R33 GTS-T S2 with the following mods: -Full turbo back 3inch exhaust -Pod and cold air intake -Large FMIC -EBC currently set to 10psi Is this the Nistune daughterboard and maps you are installing? Do you retain the R33 ECU? Cashed up and ready to go Hope to hear from you soon

Coiliver Decision For R33
Checkbuzz replied to schnorky's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
I just got BC's fitted a couple of weeks ago and the ride is firm but not too firm for daily driving IMO... (with shocks on softest setting) One thing that you must do is take them to a performance suspension specialist to get them set up properly! I made the mistake of taking my car to a suspension franchise (the one with the bull) workshop who did not do the job properly at all... I wasn't happy with the result (ride too firm and bumpy + wife complaining loudly from passenger seat) so took it to someone that knows what they are doing and it now drives and rides like a dream They properly adjusted the ride height, tension and droop etc - the difference was like night and day! Oh and the "Wife-o-meter" has stopped complaining loudly and is now indicating acceptable ride characteristics -
Falken Fk452 - Experiences In Particular?
Checkbuzz replied to nuffsaid's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
Dude a couple of things: A. You do realise that you are replying to a post from 2 years ago?!?! I'm guessing the dude has probably bought new tyres by now... B. The Falken FK452 is a fantastic tyre that supplies a ton of grip, progressive breakaway, as well as good wear and low road noise, they are also unbeatable bang-for-buck when compared with the competiton C. As you have admitted NEVER having driven on a set, I'd say you are in no position to comment D. You are clearly a twat -
I call bullshit on the bullshit call too... it is simple matter of physics and the R34 SMIC has more surface area, volume and weight (approx 50% more!!!). Unless you're also calling bullshit to thousands of years of science that means: more flow, a bigger heat sink and better heat transfer capabilities. With some simple improvements to ducting and air flow (e.g. R34 air duct on the front, some foam rubber to seal it to the SMIC and more venting in the inner guard to let the hot air out) it is a big improvement over the stock R33 SMIC. Yes a FMIC is better but a half decent one also costs $800+ and requires some effort to fit, not to mention the lack of stealth (if that's your thing). If you have mild mods and are using the stock ECU/turbo the R34 SMIC upgrade at under $200 is a bargain! I got instant power gains and much better response due to this mod, I also added an 8inch thermofan (400CFM) to aid cooling for good measure. P.S. Getting heatsoaked on a dyno is indicative of nothing, unless you drive your car on one...

Can I Plumb My Boost Gauge Here?
Checkbuzz replied to dave_rb20's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Yes you can run your line straight from it & the dash boost gauge will simply no longer work... But you should be able to get a T-piece from any decent auto-parts store. Also on my R33 there was an unused vacuum/boost hose connection at the front of the plenum with a rubber cap over it, that's what I used for my boost controller. The easiest way to route the vacuum hose through into the cabin from either spot is down through the front right guard with the wiring loom. Have fun! -
Thanks again guys The wheel place is going to stick it up on a hoist & have a look for themselves... It sounds like it could be a pretty close call & I think the guys at the shop have run into difficulties with a similar setup on an R33 before. Anyway I'm going to take the car in this arvo so will let you know what the outcome is.

Offset already mentioned above mate... +35 (all Drift6 wheels are +35 apparently) Tyres: 245/70/17 front 255/40/17 rear The website is not the best but it's their wheels I'm interested in - not their web designer! Why the G-max? Pretty easy really - while everyone else is running around spending 3-5k+ on gay, ridiculously over priced, forged, Japanese wheels (i.e. over paying for a name & some flashy website) or 1.5k+ for heavy cast copies... G-max (an Australian company) make a one-piece forged wheel (the Drift6, made in the same factory as BuddyClub forged rims) that I can buy a brand new set of for $1200! The 17x9 weighs 8.5kg and they have a full Australian warranty + liability insurance etc If you can show me a better deal on a set of brand new forged wheels on this planet then I'm all ears buddy Oh and they look tough as!

I was wondering if you can run into any problems running 17x9 rims on the front of an R33GTST? I know they fit but I've heard of people having problems with 9 inch fronts when set up for track e.g. running out of room for camber adjustment, rub etc. I am buying some wheels for track days (G-max Drift6) and was told to go the staggered setup. Would 17x8 front and 17x9 rear be the ideal track set up over 17x9 all around on an R33GTST? Any help from the SAU guru's much appreciated
