  1. Stop smoking, use saved money to by whiskey, first problem solved........................................................................
  2. $3300 ono Its just sitting in the garage gathering dust. Does no one want a fully log booked R31 ?
  3. I'm pretty sure they would want the seat to go back, remember the " short legs " bit, the only person to want the seat more forward is my 10 yr old daughter.
  4. On topic a bit more though now, it would need to sit at least 250mm from the front seat fixtures to the center of the extinguisher so it would clear the seat in my car, I've got short legs. I'm liking this a lot as mine is now hose clamped to the ROPS behind my drivers seat, set up like this I could actually get at it without undoing the harness and climbing over the seat. Safety x 11, good work.
  5. But R34 GTT floor pan is apparently different to R32 GTR GTST R33 GTR GTST R34 GTR for some reason. I may be wrong, but, Sucks to have a R34 GTT. SORRY
  6. Having to stop and put in the extra Gerry Cans every 5 laps.
  7. I vote for beer, whiskey and burnt meat being the winner, and later on when I'm drunk and the missus has had enough of my shennanigans for me to be the loser. Simple really when you think about it. And as for the politics of super taxi racing, don't care, fast cars going fast. SWEEEEEEEEET
  8. Force = mass x acceleration. Get your body behind you, will you be fighting with weights in your hands, NO, learn to pivot your body in the direction of your strike. Bag work, do rounds on the bag, keep your guard up, always, alternate your bag work with 1 light and fast and 1 heavy, use a cooking clock for timing, light, rest, heavy, rest, light, rest, ect, keep going until you cannot hold your arms up, then just do light combos. Train full body workouts, low weight high reps, lots of rest/sleep. Take hits, its all well and good having six packs and training hard but if you dont learn to take hits you will be on your arse in 5 seconds. Ive seen plenty of pretty boys with abs and shoulders go straight down on their arse fighting overweight guys who can take a hit.. Swimming will help develop your O2, and it is low impact, its good for recovery and fitness. The main tip is dont get injured, always warm up.
  9. I hose my car and clean the windows once a week, sometimes I need to pour some water on bird poo to soften it a bit. Every couple of months it gets Turtle wash and wax using a old T-shirt, yeah I know Im spoiling it but hey.
  10. So far so good with mine, the Tomie pump now has a external pressure adjustment thingie and the head is feed by a restrictor adjustable feed tapped into the oil galleries through the side of the head, this can be adjusted in 5 minutes, covers have 4 vents, 2 of which are the standard 25 and 2 are also added at the rear simular to a 26, all 4 go to the ext vented catch can which has a return line to the sump, the head has 2 drain backs to the sump. The can has 2 x 25 mm breather vents w/ filters. Over board much, but it did have a fair bit of blow by, BUT, the motor was re-rebuilt and blow by now is near non existant. Ive done a heap (30ish) runs at the drags and so far so good, the proof will be in the pudding when I go to Wakefield and Eastern Creek this month. Pics of new can and stuff, its good to have the car back. Look at my horse;
  11. The only people who dis the MX 5s seem to be people who are not sure about their own sexuality, have you seen Chubbs lap time for the creek lately, his is 1:56 what's yours ?
  12. $3,400 ono
  13. I am sorry for being slightly interested in your car, forgive me please as it seems I am not as "HELLAFLUSH" as you. PICSFAIL unsubscribed
  14. PICSORBAN
  15. You can never have too much power, 300kw too much power for the street, I say ppffffttt to that, I was running over 300 and its in for more poundage. The power is controlled by your right foot, as long as you dont be a idiot on the street there is no such thing as too much power. Unless of course you dont have it, then "its too much power for the street", LOL. A Bugatti Veron has 1000hp, you saying thats too much power, ppffffttt. If I could afford a 1000hp streeter I would be rolling. pppffffffftttttttt
  16. The rims look like they will suit it well, nice work.
  17. LOL, opps
  18. You have your answered your own question.
  19. LOL, what may look good sitting still may be quite painfull whilst driving, no, I will go as far as saying what looks like it would handle bad and be a PITA to drive on a street, would infact handle bad and be a PITA on the street.
  20. http://www.trackpedi...wiki/Understeer Some reading and stuff
  21. If your on your Ps get whatever NA that you like the look of which won't break the bank, don't do any powermods or rice it up as you will throwing money down the drain for minimal gain. If later on you want power then get something already done up the way you want it later on and save 10s of thousands of dollars. or if your rich or stupid buy a stokers and modify it to within a inch of its life, me, I was stupid, LOL.
  22. Eastern Creek is awesome, I've done days with the WRX club there, there is lots of space as most people don't go out every session, I'll get the paperwork work done ASAP then.
  23. Im just waiting on getting my car back before I commit funds at this stage, BUT, I picked up 2 x KUMHO V700 235/40 17 from FSPORT which was my prize from the last track day, ( I think it was for spilling the most oil........sorry) They should fit nice on the front of the boat Im super happy. Thankyou KUMHO and John from FSPORT. http://www.fsport.com.au/
  24. My statement was NOT incorrect, you just dont agree with it, in the end it doesnt matter what you or I say, its how smart the consumer is, and in "my opinion" the more "middle men" you can cut out the better. Happy shopping. SHOP SMART, SHOP S-MART
  25. Australian large industry hey, so the tyres you sell are Australian made then ? http://www.federaltire.com/en/html/corp.php Australian large industry imports most of the things they sell, and then sell on for a huge profit because Joe Public will drive to a shop and pay what they are told to, Australian industry was/is trying to ban people from importing. "Aussie distributors will say all sorts of bull so they can charge twice the price of imported tyres" like saying you are not doing the right thing by buying from OS. Im all for buying Australian made if its the same quality and value, you would be a fool not to.
