basically the z32 is calibrated differently, my stock afm was reading 5.1v at full throttle @ 12psi now with the z32 is reads 4.02V at full throttle.....the car runs when you put the stock ecu back in, but isnt very happy to rev past 3000rpm with the z32 afm. You can get ur ecu chipped so that the maps can be edited accordingly and then the z32 will work. Also you can hook up an multi-meter on it and see what voltage its hitting under full throttle/partial throttle and you might find the problem then. Try resetting the ECU?

My idle was pretty good when i plugged in the pfc after the learn process. But then i put the z32 in and i've had to add more fuel to stablise the idle at low rpm, It would hunt around and sit at 900rpm all the time. Now its around 670rpm. I'm thinking of resetting the power fc again and doing the learn process with the z32 in there.

and yet again it brings me back to my initial question, have you got more info on it???

its 65mm thick man, the stocker is 65mm too.....the stock r34 gtt cooler is thicker than that........i'd be interested if you can find me any information about it.

z32 will require wires to be cut and soldered. maybe try cleaning ur afm with electrical contact cleaner or others use brake cleaners and then see if u have hiccups

to determine if it is ur injectors, disconnect each injector, one at a time while the car is running.....if u disconnect it and it make no difference its prboably that injector/s. Try wiggling the connector wires. Then find out if they are getting any power with a multimeter. Did you change o rings???? If all is well then move onto ur coils and sparks. I had a similar problem on a sr20det where the injectors where taken out and put back in the with the same o rings, the used o rings where not providing a good seal and causing it to run like shit. These are side feed not top like the rb20s.

Hey Everyone, I've got a power fc in my rb20det, and just curious what all the sensors are on the hand controller readout. I've worked out the obvious but there is one which is EXTM. I dont know what it is and it reads 5.00V all the time. Which means its not connected usually. Also what is ACR? Can anyone tell me what it is or could you check on your hand controller and tell me what readouts you guys have with this??? Any help would be appreciated. George

I had a problem with my knock sensors when i first got the car, it was a problem with the wiring, had a breakage in the wire cause the ecu to have abit of a fit and fart past 5000rpm. Took it to my mechanic and he rewired the knock sensors back to the ecu for me. Now i have a pfc and my knock has never gone over 35 with the base map. George

Hey Guys, Just want to know what you guys think of the PWR range of radiators?? Their Australian made with 1 year manufacturer warranty. They're worth ~$800 for a 57mm R32 radiator. Are they worth it?? George
