  1. Yeah. I'll be happy inspect it every second or third change. When I eventually need to replace the turbo I'll obviously change the banjo sizing to suit the new core.
  2. I checked my banjo this week and it was squeaky clean. I didn't enlarge the size of it though.
  3. They will have them now. They need to lodge them with the Aussie government before they get import approval and it then gets loaded on the boat when they have the import approval.
  4. They will have it as they need it to import the car to Australia and be able to leave Japan. If they have nothing to hide they will show you. If they aren't keen or make excuses I'd say the km's are dodgy.
  5. The Japanese de reg paper is what you want to see. That has the last 3 inspection dates and km recordings. Just make sure you see the original certificate and not a photo copy of the original.
  6. Any Adelaide Stagea boys heading out to Mallala for the grip practice this Saturday? I'm going but taking the 180SX seeing as I have neglected the poor girl since I've had the M35.
  7. I still run the factory xenon set up in mine and can't complain about the light they give at all. Would still love the S2 headlights only if I could keep from aero front bar and driving light look.
  8. It seems the guys with an a/market exhaust are getting better results with the engine breathing better.
  9. I get 13.1lt/100 around town with runner spacer, dump pipe, K&N filter with powerduct and shift kit. I only do very short trips in it usually less than 10mins so this probably doesn't help.
  10. It will be the same for all nissans running an internal drum handbrake.
  11. There will be a little grommet in the disc face where the whell mounts against, remove that and tighten the drum shoe up until it just locks. Then back it off 5-6 clicks and your done. Abviously do both sides the same and with the handbrake off.
  12. I'm after one and been waiting too long for a mate to make it so see what else is out there. I have a new 200cpsi metal car and a flex section. Just need to find somewhere that does good work.
  13. Hey Scotty do you make front pipes?
  14. Mine took around 3 weeks. Then customs clearance and transport to the workshop.
  15. And don't forget the ceramic turbine wheel.
  16. How is that a design fault when you guys say it's from lack of servicing!!! It's no different to the oil squirtters for the cams in my SR and the built in tiny oil restrictor in my BB Garrett turbo on it. Service the car correctly and they don't block up, don't service the car and they might. Or I suppose that's a design fault too!
  17. Yeah I have the aero. Not sure where I would fit them. Ideally I'd like them under the headlight but I can't see that happening.
  18. Ah, so he's cheating! He had me going.
  19. And all of those things were given for reasons such as legalities and emissions requirements and so on. I don't like them all either but when it comes to feeding the turbo the correct amount of oil, I'm sure they did their homework better than us. ?
  20. Pics of yours also then please ?
  21. Pics of yours also then please ?
  22. IMO Nissan have set the size of the restrictor for a reason and who are we to argue. While using the stock turbo keep the stock size, just remove the banjo and clean and inspect it.
  23. Anychance you can post a pic of the led day running lamps? Been thinking about fitting some but can't find any that look good so far and where to fit them.
