  1. You should have posted this in the Stagea for sale section
  2. I use a k&n filter in 2 of my cars and never had a drama.
  3. Correct it's a constant. If initial loss is say 35kw thats it. It doesn't multiply the loss as it makes more power. The amount lost can also vary depending what gear the car is tested in. So it's a highly variable figure and one I don't usually worry about.
  4. The loss wouldn't be 40%. That would mean if your car is making 162 ish awkw its around 270 kw flywheel. You won't pick up 60kw from a turbo back exhaust.
  5. Open to offers guys.
  6. Whilst I never take my cars to a workshop as I do it all myself, I wouldn't hesitate to go to Shaun at boostworx.
  7. How long is the delay? 5,10,15 secs? Bloody ECU!
  8. I was thinking for the guys(me included) that aren't worried about stalling the car up, this might work. This way it would connect/reset when brake applied then disconnect when brakes released and throttle limit deactivated and away you go. Or am I missing something? I'm a little new to electrics/wiring.
  9. Is there any way to send a constant signal to the ecu on that wire so it thinks it's connected and won't need to be reset all the time? Could you hook the brake pedal light switch to that ECU wire to give a signal everytime the brakes are used? I don't know what voltage it see's/needs, just thinking of ideas.
  10. How often to you need to close the circuit and tap the brakes? Is it weekly or every 100km or 500km?
  11. I didn't have to do this. I would also be looking at vacuum leaks being the cause of this.
  12. Hey Got a couple audio parts for sale. All parts work extremely well and have no scratches or knocks, they all look like new. Pioneer GM-6200F 4ch x 60rms or 2 x 150rms $150. Pioneer GM-D8400M mono block 1x300rms @ 4ohm or 1x600rms @ 2ohm. Has remote sub level controller $250. Cheers
  13. If its $260 to me I'm in as I think on the summit website its about $290 to me via priority mail.
  14. What price would I be looking at for 1 delivered to Adelaide?
  15. Is anyone running a trans cooler before the radiator to drop oil temps so the radiator doesnt need to work as hard. I figure if the cooler lowers the oil temp too much the radiator will lift the temp a little to where it's needed. It might help the radiator to keep the engine a little cooler Its not trying to cool the trans oil as much. This is for a stock daily driven set up. Any thoughts?
  16. Yeah I know but being so cheap I couldn't help myself lol
  17. Sweet find. I just ordered 2 sets. Thanks
  18. So how is the shift kit performing now that its been in for a bit?
  19. I've seen an M35 with fake wood paneling getting around Adelaide. Not my cup of tea.
  20. Hey Does anyone know if the factory M35 key for factory central locking/factory immobilizer alarm is code hopping or just set on one? Cheers
  21. Looks sweet but needs an inch out of the back.
  22. Origin are a Japanese company but the wheels are made in Taiwan NOT Japan. Look on the box and the casting on the wheel! It's still a good value for dollar wheel but not Japanese made.
  23. Mate I know what I'm talking about. I worked for a place that imports them. We had a heap of problems with quality control as paint in each batch came out different colours.
  24. They are made in Taiwan not Japan.
