Hey Puma, nice ride. Love the Lakeshore blue and the black in the V's. Heres mine 11/2005 6mt. Came with 06 Rims. 14K klms. Had it almost 20months now. Love the colour change between light and shade !!

Dwain & Hicks V35--Dont sweat it guys it will be tyres. My car was quite as a mouse when the new tyres went on with compliance. (Got Fact 19's 40 series) Nankang the directional unfortunately). Aspect ratio 40/45 depending on 18's or 19's will make slight diff. After they wore in (4000+k's) it was noisy as sin. Rotated them at 10000 they were bit better. But aside of that mild fujitsubu exhaust note--there is not creaks, no rattles, and no wind noise and I've had mine off the dial !..(11/05 6mt. ).Will be getting better tyres soon. I reckon the original km/l is perfect as you should always start with your base unit of measure. I also believe the leaf is also perfect in original format. When I first saw the pic I thought that was just an illustration pic not actual.Least thats what Andy said. Still I guess thats the least of our concerns at the momemt.

Thats not quite what I had in mind..Thinking programmer send to all.But I like the way your thinking..The main thing is he gets as many as possibly required for the local market and covers his cost. Anyone that misses can then buy or borrow from whoever else got one on here. I think the programmer will need to 'firm" up a certain number of orders for eg. 200 discs then just bulk deliver them once hes received his payment. Keep in mind the software only works to 10/2004 models as perviously advised by andy. Programmer could then do another update for the 05/06 models if the demand is there following the first lot. later model guys will have to be even more patient to see the outcome of this.

Popeye, thanks for the pics. Not many car on the hot4's site- a bit disappointing. But hey next time if my professional photographer mate is available I will try to get him out. He couldn't make it that night

+1 For Stanwell Tops--I was there Wednesday. It would be awesome drive through the national park to Stanwell tops and perhaps down to Wollongong..Stop at the beach.

I only got my NAVI dvds today ! (had the car 16months). Have been chasing the guy who imported it since!. and if it werent for his bro-coming to syd -I'd still be waiting ! My bros partner translated the other stuff--even though she does not understand it !! (being a girls-.here come the claws)

The below explains true north from magnetic north. Basically True north is geographical north which is north pole. Whereas magnetic north is effected by the earths magnetic field and axis - is near canada. http://academic.brooklyn.cuny.edu/geology/...a/magnetic.html Sorry to complicate things when I posted prev. I meant to add that people often refer to North as the northern part of the city/state rather than either of the above. I was surprised by the talking too! It was on the first (top button) (mine 11/05 model). Also noticed when you press ETC options it talks when navi disc is in. (instead of chimes when not). Will have to tie my borthers japanese partner in the seat and get her to translate one day !.

Got my navi orginal dvds back today -Compass is spot on ! Sounds silly, but I hope people understand "True North"--this why some might think its about 90' out. Also I notice there are several settings (dont underastand them all yet) where you can fix a position and compass adjusts to N,s,e,w of that postion. But if you check the GPS menu it always is reflects car postion to true north. Boy I dig that groovy japanese voice on the navi also.

If you look a few pages back -Programmer is finalizing software for models up to 10/2004. But depending on demand may look at models thereafter.

"INFO" Button - 4th button. has trip computer options/ Fuel cons/Dist to MT/ ave speed etc fiist two options/ Third option is the 4 Service meters, forth option is FM tuner. Nothing else there. Third Button "MENU" Button does nothing on mine. So I guess this is same problem everyone else is having. (unless u need navi dvd in) Mines an 11/2005 premium.May have to catch up at the next 350GT meet and compare if I can make it.

Sorry guys heres the dumb question--wheres the compass ?. If its part of navi. I'm still waiting for my original jap navi dvd.
