Is this the one you're after? http://www.psiparts.com.au/downloads/R34%2...op%20Manual.pdf

hey bud, the pretty much completely different, interior wise they're probably similar bar the MFD (multi function display) but exterior wise they're worlds apart, GTR fenders front and rear are wider, bonnet is shorter, front bar is bigger, and rear bar just different again. it is possible to replace gt fenders with GTR ones but it isn't as simple as taking of and bolting on, for example to use a GTR front bar on a gt, you need to replace the bonnet, with a GTR item as well which requires GTR latches, hinges etc... all the best with having both, but the R34 is the one you'll want to be in more of the time unless your 33 is a track beast.

they will generally bend even at highway speeds, but honestly, assuming your car is a street car, if you're not too stubborn for a genuine product, saving yourself $500+ will suit your application just fine
-
hey bud, below is a link for a fairly famous RB30 GT-t, hope ti can shed some light on a few things for you, http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/120471-680bhp-rb30d-r34.html Danny

definately a replica, genuine wings fetch a minimum of 600 all the way up to 800 also in the genuine wings, the adjustable blade is a different material to the rest of the wing. you won't be able to test it there and then, but the replicas bend under moderate to high speeds, they're just nearly as strong as the OEM items

Wtb O2 Sensor Rb25 Neo
JGTC replied to Tangents's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Hey bud, You can purchase a new one from kudos motorsports, you'll have to buy through the internet though as their located on the Gold Coast http://www.kudosmotorsports.com/catalog/ni...neo6-p-187.html They are traders on this forum so if you're a member maybe you can get a better price All the best with it, Danny -
if you're running motul 8100, you most probably have the x-cess variant, which by memory is 5w-40 There are 2 variants of the 300V chrono, the competition (15w40) which is specified for track-days and racing, and the normal one (10w40), for just everyday street driving with a bit of a give here and there, definitely go the normal 300V with the 10w40 rating. That said, the people at Unigroup Engineering who ran the SAU NSW dyno-day recommend using a mid range semi-synthetic to full synthetic, but dump the oil more often, say 5000km rather than 7500 or 10,000km, because the real high end oils are simply overkill for stock or close to stock motors, esp naturally aspirated ones. In an ideal situation where money isn't too much of a constraint, use the 300V 10w40 and change every 5000kms hope that helps, daniel

yup, stock GTR rims are 18x9 with a +30 offset, they sit real nicely in GT-t guards 2 of our members with GT-ts
-
Agreed, i have always suspected that it was a 60L tank rather than a 65L one, However, referring to running on the empty light, having an after market fuel pump such as a Bosch 044 or 040 system will dramatically decrease the reliability of running the tank's ability completely empty so bear that in mind when your fuel light comes on
-
Hey bud, Did you go to top up at the bowser as soon as the yellow/amber fuel light came on? If so that could explain why it only took 52 L in, i've managed to squeeze around 100 kms on empy before chickening out to go fill up Spec sheets indicate that R34 25GT and GT-t variants have a 65 L capacity http://www.northshoreprestige.com.au/vehic...=r3425gtt#specs hope that helps
-
Hey bud, Could check this one out, http://justjap.com/store/product.php?produ...=379&page=1 1998 R34 25GT-FOUR, 2-door coupe, manual, bayside blue, 94,000 kms Went to have a look at it today, bloke there wasn't very helpful, there is absolutely no documentation to come with the car, and also the blue Nissan VIN/build plate was wrong, it indicates the car is a Black RWD coupe which rasies a few questions, bloke there had no idea about it, so ill leave it at that
-
Hey there, i was the guy that ran lucky last with the n/a R34 with 99 killowatts, i think i got the higest GT figure haha due to lack of GTs on the day ps. apologies but were there any prizes for the top figures at all?
-
Hey bud, they definitely do not as they are different sizes due to the lights under the circles
-
Hey bud, congrats on the buy! great to see you spent a little extra and opted for a later model series II in Bayside blue rather than spending 15K on a cheaper early model variant, great taste in terms of factory spec there. If you don't mind, would you be able to detail at all your experience with Motorman at all as they have alot of imports, most with a premium price tag, however there isn't much feed back on them on this forum Things like the warranty, dealer friendliness and how negotiable he was willing to be with his cars, things like that I'm sure it'd help alot of the lads looking to buy a car Anyways great buy mate i'm sure you're loving every bit of it! Danny
-
Sorry my mistake, the curb weight of 4th gen Preludes are 1280 kg, which is the one my mate has, the JDM V-tec versions had the same power from the factory as a R34 25GT, assuming your mate's one is the more common ADM non V-tec model i think your car will be much better. 5th gen Preludes are even worse unless you have a JDM Type-S With the fanboy statement i think Honda fans rate their V-tecs much more than any other car fans rate their NA or turbo cars
-
To be honest, all Honda people think that, typical Honda speak, i don't mean to generalise but that's the reality As far as the comparison, i really don't think the 4th gen Prelude will match up to a GT-V - which has better low down torque, LSD bigger brakes than the standard 25GT model The only Prelude i think will give an R34 a run for its money is a JDM 3rd gen V-tec Prelude with mild mods, mate of mine has one with Mugen Extractors, pod filter and full X-force exaust and he's pulling 110kws atw, bearing in mind they are also 1100kgs
-
Hey champ, they fit perfectly, they fill the guards even better than the stock 17's - offset is spot on as well Well worth the price if you ask me
-
Spotted a nice red R34 heading out of Seven Hills Centro, sounded tough!

Dirtiest Rims Ever - How To Clean Them?
JGTC replied to _Wing_'s topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
Thanks! i never knew stains like that could come off! Will give it a go this weekend -
Hey bud, I'm not sure of your financial situation but, can i just say, push the bill for a great example, not an ordinary one, really, that's the whole reason your looking overseas and willing to wait in excess of 3 months to call her yours. Not saying that one was no good, but go for one that's really worth the wait, whether it be a really stock and clean grade 5 or one with some really nice Nismo touches, look for something you'd be hard pressed to find in Japan let alone Australia. Only then is the trouble of importing really worth it We all only want the best for you pal so really go for it because we're all with you haha Danny

Those HIDs are epic! The matching parkers really set off the car nicely, what wattage are they at? I've gotta have those on my car Danny
