  1. Try it and see how you go. Don't point the finger when your engine goes bang. We test, flow and clean injectors every day, injectors are made to a tolerant, there designed for there intended purpose not to be modified. When you drill and change the design of the injector the pin-til end can get damaged which will upset your spray pattern = fuel mixture into cylinder. We have seen a lot of "hi-flowed" injectors that when RETESTED fail.....
  2. hahahaha im sorry, i didnt mean to offend anyone. I was talking about girl's ive dated were never into cars, kinda made it hard when I own a performance shop and my life is car related......... Whitey
  3. hahaha I might bring her down but quality woman are not into car's im sorry. Is the white rocket going on the dyno young DAN???????
  4. First thing to do is to look for coolant stain's over your engine block, top of gearbox at rear, around hoses ect, my next thing would be respective of head gasket or turbo seals.
  5. Was the engine cold when trying to boost? You know if there is not heat in the manifold it wont hit boost the air is too dence
  6. Is it the same coils being replaced each time (cylinder order) or is it random coils dieing??? If it is the same coils each time then it is defenatly a wiring problem, even still with random coils dieing I would still be suspect on the coil wiring.
  7. It all comes down to your budget. And remember, poor man pay's twice. Choose quality, get a quality result. Avoid ebay gear at all cost.
  8. Hello Paul. When you said the coil wiring had been tested, how exactly did they test this? The problem isn’t the coils; I would start by checking voltage at the main coil feed and checking for voltage drop under load. This test can be preformed easy on a Dyno by watching voltage drop under boost, if voltage drop's erratically under load, then a relay is required to the battery, well in your son's case, R33, hook up to main power feed in fuse panel under the bonnet. Also inspect the coil plugs, with heat and ages they become brittle and crack. One thing we find is due to the age the vehicle; the wire gets "what we call" green cancer and this causes resistance in the wire. Rick EFI Performance

  10. I Love big stereo's. Dan needs 4x12"inch sub's in his white rocket.
  11. If you have your surge setup in the boot you will require a mod plate and will have to be installed by a professional to pass. When fuel vapor/leaks are involved it becomes a important issue and a target for EPA and Fire baggage when modifying fuel system setup's from standard. Be very carefully with the way you setup your fuel system, use correct fitting, seek the correct advice and install it in a safe position I.E keep it away from your battery if in boot. Also be warned that police will now be targeting poor wiring quality/install, this being a fire hazard and dangerour is now a defective target. Whitey.

  16. No sorry that is extra to remove the injectors from the engine. If you bring us all 6 injectors still in the rail then no.
  17. Injector cleaning "starts from" $33 per jet up to $45, depends whats wrong with them but we supply you will new "O" rings, seals pintel caps if needed and internal filters. All injectors are flowed to within 4% otherwise we advise on replacement.
  18. Hello kidz. Just to fill you all in, Dans 34 was today making 351hp on only 12psi, this combo we have done on another RB25 neo but in a R32 and was making 366hp on 15psi so dans was a great surprise on such low boost. With the setup "6Boost kit with GT35r .82 rear" its seeing full boost at around 3800rpm, its making 280hp @ 4400rpm which is amazing. We left the tuning till later tonite (due to cooler air) but came across a big boost leak from those big T-clamps on the intercooler and removed from the dyno to be fixed. Back on the dyno first thing to tune away at 18-20psi where im sure it will see 400hp if not more on pump fuel. Keep in mind this engine is a STOCK RB25 neo with NO cams. Will keep you all posted and dan can upload you all the video when done. Cheers Whitey @ EFI
