  1. Buy xspurt injectors they are identical to injector dynamics but half the price we have used both in the r32 2200cc versions they are the exact same just come out of different end of the factory.
  2. Yeah i'm gonna get Chrome VS-XX to match the colour theme of the car but yeah they are a gorgeous rim. As for the Varrstoen rims i'm not to worried about them cracking they are only $1k for a set, gonna give them a test run and see how long they last.
  3. These are what the VS-XX will look like put i will have more dish: And i am also ordering a set of cheap Varrstoen Wheels for dunga drift rims 18x9.5 +0 and 18x10.5 +0:
  4. Just sent a quote to Work Wheels for a Set of VS-XX Front = 18x10.5 +2 with 100mm Dish and the Rear =18x12 -5 with 150mm of Dish..... f**k yeah 180sx is look Hellaflush It will look similar to this:
  5. Yes 3rd to 4th was ridiculously fast with this ignition cut, hopefully when we take the car back out in 2 weeks time, we will be trying to flat shift every gear with no clutch. Plus alot more boost and timing.
  6. Order the bushes and do it yourself I would not pay anyone to do anything in Mackay bunch of useless rip off merchants, I prefer to buy the tools I need and do it myself hate paying people to do shit.
  7. Got a set of these bad boys coming for the rear.
  8. Yeah the old boy was talking to Mark on the phone about an hour ago the new 4.9 Firmware is out with a few more features that we will be definitely using, we will be running at the Pro-Comp shoot out at Palmyra in a couple of weeks the car will be back on the dyno next week to bump the power up to 900ish HP. Low 9 is the goal i hope the track is prep good if we can knock 0.2sec of 60ft from 1.5sec to 1.3sec and another 5mph to get 150mph will bag us a very low 9 maybe a high 8sec pass. I pretty sure the Motec Dash works on Vipec. As for the 180 was just lucky, I only bought it cause it was cheap and was in Townsville having a built engine is just a massive bonus save me some dollars.
  9. Here's what i have done to the 180SX in my spare time. The car is nearly completely stripped ready to be welded out should be nothing left of it next week. Some of my parts have turned up engine has been stripped and checked putting that back together as well. Engine looks pretty strong has been built properly forged rods and pistons, ARP Main Studs and Head Studs, Metal head gasket and Tomei cams with Ported head. That will do me nicely 280-300rwkw's. Will order my new rims when i get back from USA, gonna go with Work VS-XX 18x10 +0 and 18x11.5 -12 massive dish f**k yeah. V-mount inter cooler and Radiator going in also, as for body work Origin +25 Front Fenders and Origin +50mm Rears running with Type X Body Kit Front, Rear Sides with Rocket Bunny Ducktail Wing Super Low and Fat. Anyway here some pics: Borrowed Rims off Leon 18x11.5 +26 = 112mm of Dish No where near enough dish i want 150mm +
  10. Each to there own i guess if you want your engine to run to its full potential the Power FC's don't cut it anymore, all the cars I'm building from now on will be run on Vipec. Richard Supra has V88, Kingy's R34 is getting a V44 put in after we get back from Vegas, R32 has a V88 and i'm putting a V44 in the 180SX the old Power FC will be getting Frisbee out the window. I have never had any problems with the Vipec so easy to use, setting them up is piece of piss, wiring them up easy, setting up launch control, flat shifters with ignition cut, anti lag you name its got it.
  11. Do yourself a favour Cal and get rid of the Power FC they are dinosaurs now and you have to spend ages on the tune to get them perfect just not worth the hassle. Vipec V44 plug in takes 5mins to tune it perfect and cannot fault them i will never be going back to a Power FC.
  12. Hi Guys, Here is another video I found that somone has took on the 9.7sec run from the hill at palymra,
  13. Here you go guys a lil 9.7sec compilation:
  14. Yeah the go pro footage was a bit quite as they were in there water proof cases, but i will probably make another video later, burnout compilation.
  15. Cheers Mate I Love the Go Pro Camera's they give a real good sense of what it's actually like.... might have to buy a 3rd one. I'm really looking forward to hitting a really quality track like Willow-bank, Palmyra just does't have any grip at all.
  16. Hey guys Haven't done an update in awhile, since the track has been repaired out at Palmyra we have managed to have a couple of runs. The track has no rubber left on fro the floods so the track is super slippery but that's why we have 4wd . Anyway last night was the debut of the car with the 17" Mickey Thompson ET Streets and straight away the car is 100% better at everything. The flat shifter is working perfect with the PPG box and the car is driving straight as an arrow. With a better prepared track and little bit more power a low 9 is very achievable and will be punching out a 8sec pass in no time. Any way here is a compilation video i made up of the run enjoy.
  17. Hey everyone done it finally last single digits 9.7 @ 145mph pretty good effort considering the track is no where near in perfect condition was very slippery and was a shit load of due last night. The car is handling the power beautifully and the home made wheel alignment gear is working 100% car drove straight as. Time to bump up the power, get to a decent track low 9's easily possible, chuck all the carbon gear on + more power we will be touching the 8's by jamboree f**k yeah!!! Got some awesome footage with the 2 go pro's will upload shortly.
  18. Test n Tune tonight the track better be f**king sticky i want that god damn 9 sec pass, gonna be running the Micky T's all round. Also who's up for a drag i will be giving my bro's Navara ST-X 550 a spin diesel power will upset a few V8's i think
