i do this generally after doing any mods and before a dyno day some people reckon it does nothing others see quite a bit of improvement (well in their eyes) - Unplug the battery - Pump the brake a few times till it goes really firm. - I generally also leave it 12 hours just to make sure all the power is gone eg do it at like 8 or 9 at night and just hook it back up the following morning. - take the car out for a good strap obviously let it warm up but give it a good boot for a while. Someone correct me if i am wrong but the purpose of this is to reset the ECU's memory. This causes it to have to re-adjust the timing and general other things. Anyways DO A SEARCH MATCH BOX OWNER lots of posts on it

This is not really the same thing but considering i was buying an intercooler and piping off him and after story after story about not getting it and a month and a half later getting my money back i will agree he seems like a really nice guy but not sure if he talks a little bit of shit. Though he did speak to me about the engine saying it was true though i am yet to see any photo's
