  1. You think an S14 breaking down randomly is a PITA. Try any euro car and it quickly becomes a way of life......................what you save on fuel you will spend on repairs. If you want economy, stick to asian or domestic [which is asian witha badge change], its pretty much an undisputed fact. Go and buy the Dogs and Lemons book for around $30 and read up about your Peugot/s, its not just me saying this, its also written there in black and white by people that have or can draw on a wealth of experience!!!
  2. Check you intercooler connections, all your hose clamps etc
  3. Can you arrow the bit you are talking about, I answered and then decided I was looking at the wrong bit, so deleted it.
  4. There is a fuse in the boot, take it out. HICAS is gone. But you still need a locking bar, and if you get hold of GTRGeoff on these forums, He can supply one no problem.
  5. I think i like that description - 'custard bums' ----- I bet they listen to Vanilla Ice and think its soooo kewl!! I must remind myself to buy shares in a hair gel company though, its a get rich quick scheme.
  6. I always remember someone telling me about how the lower class/poor/uneducated/unintelligent [delete whichever is inapplicable] have large families while the other end of society have on average 1.5 kids. The theory is that humanity is spiralling downwards because over time our collective average intelligence is abrogated - being 'watered down'. When I look at shots like these I start to nod my head in an involuntarily accession................sad isn't it.
  7. I've looked in, but I'm booked out. Sounds good though wish I wasn't.
  8. Why is the brake peddle so big............. Why did the chicken cross the road........................its all part of being able to understand women, and don't you believe them, size DOES matter. Actually I reckon they made it that big so that people like me - who always drive manuals - so that when I do get into an auto the first intersection I come to I go to change gears and put my passenger thru the windscreen, but I'm OK I have an airbag. Then I get rear ended by the car behind me...........and they wonder why I hate slush boxes????
  9. I suggest you talk to JustJap, they sell the JJR stuff.
  10. I see a bright future for these fine examples of Aussie manhood!!!!!
  11. We really should sticky or link this site for the long term good of all. I mean it would cost nothing, and the owner would be happy to have the extra coverage I'd reckon. Mods can we do this?
  12. Thanks for that, and the trouble I have is that there is only one exhaust shop in my town, and the word decent doesn't spring to mind when thinking of it!!! I seem to remember one of the guys on the forum here advising that he could supply pipe - if only my memory was better. But at least I have a start.
  13. I'm after a stainless steel 3" dump and external wastegate pipe to suit an R33 and a hks cast low mount manifold. Alternatively I'm also very interested in 3" [75mm] and 4" [100mm] stainless steel pipe suppliers. Then I can buy the bends and bits to make my own.
  14. An interesting read, more diesel motor related, but................ http://www.materials-edge.net/html/print.php?sid=235
  15. For 200kw get a hiflow from Slide
  16. Can anyone tell me a supplier they know of/have used for 3" and 4" stainless steel pipe. I want straight, bends, etc so I can make up my own dump/wastegate pipe for a GT30R [on a hks cast low mount].
  17. Car needs a better set of hoops, they break traction all the time. Whats he got on it 215 pizza cutters???
