The 2009 Camaro looks like a revamped '69 Camaro with a goodly amount of '69 Ford Mustang in the lines........all that is old is new again. But I gotta admit, they sure beat the crap out of the prosaic modern offerings that - but for a badge change - all look the same.

Weetbix...........absolutely no taste............Cocoa Pops or Froot Loops at least. Some shops get customers that bring in a wheelbarrow full of bits and peices and say 'Build me a car!'. The shop says 'No way', so the moron wheels his barrow to the next shop, eventually someone will say OK. To be fair, it happens with mod parts as well, some shops will sell you anything, other shops try to tell you what will work and what is a waste of $$$$.

Could be a head gasket? But I'd check that its not your water pump first. It can get hard to trace were a leak comes from when it blows around in the engine bay.

I'd probably opt for its smaller cousin the HKS2835proS. Sort of wish I'd brought one now. But either one you can't go wrong.

I could be wrong here and want to understand why, but if you turn your profec off how is your actuator going to get a signal to open the wastegate. Logic tells me that without a signal of any sort, your boost will just continue to build with revs.

Unless they were half cuts and/or crash leftovers - what could a GTS4 and an R32 GTR give a '97 V spec GTr to the point that you need another whole car to do it?? I honestly can't see why you would want all three cars. Any one of these cars would have been enough for a base to work from!!! I mean we ain't talking swapping waterlines or decals here, you don't need whole cars for that - so I'm thinking the whole thing is a rebirth. Buy in three write offs and make one good unit? And as everyone says 120K is way too much - but no matter how many laws are made, you can't protect a fool from loosing their $$$$.

thanks, I'll give them a try. So far, plenty of alloy sfa steel, no s/s. I can get the bolts in zinc plated [standard] steel, but no web site has what I want. And no banjo's. Pirtek, Enzed, Goodridge, ATP, HPF, and others as well. But you'd have to lay money on someone having exactly what I'm after, I'm just not looking in the right places.

My first car that I brought brand new was a Dodge Plymouth, it was a very good car, loved straight sixes from then on.

healthy new plugs will 'mask' a dodgy coil for a while, but eventually you have to either change your plugs all the time or change your coil/s.

Do a comp test on all cylinders when the engine is warm. Also do a comp test on all cylinders when engine is cold [the colder the better], but before you do it, squirt some oil into the cylinder - preferably a heavy oil, gearbox even. If you get a bad reading when its hot and really good reading when its cold then its rings. If it makes no difference and its low then its guides, valves lifters etc. It could be a bad lifter?

Is the dash light flashing? And what fuel are you using?

Motorsport Connection = 14mm = Alloy only. Just got off the phone to them. I'll try Enzed or Pirtek and see what they say?
