Yes, could need a spacer plate as well is all. This is to space the turbo housing out 6-10mm off the manifold, some people get away without one, others need the spacer.
If you buy a HKS cast low mount you don't need the spacer, but you will need a heap of other stuff [dump, intake, wastegate etc] and you'll have to cut the engine mount away a bit as well. But it is a low mount and bloody hard for anyone to see what you are running with. The turbo tucks in underneath.
Generally speaking, the stainless steel units are high mount, the std manifold is a side mount, the hks unit is a low mount.
