  3. The ones you want are a redish/brown/terrocotta colour. If they are that coulour, you're set. There is also, somewhere, a super bright red ones. Don't get them. I think they were out of something different again. 250cc or something??? (a 96 auto 200sx maybe?) There is an old thread somewhere on these where i've added pics etc and values for the Power FC. I've done the 8, sold 2. Still running them after more than a year. Put em in myself, no issues. Running a HKS2535 and they hit low 80% on full throttle.
  4. Letsgo with a *********PRICE UPDATE********** $16,500 How on earth do you edit the original post?
  5. That's an equal 2nd isn't it, rather than 3rd? Funny how they list the 10ths of a sec but don't use it. Everyone is xx.xx.0 min/secs/10ths
  6. Didn't see the reply and had forgetten about this thread until know....thanks for that!
  7. I think it started today? 2 stages down and running equal 2nd with Jim Richards. http://www.targawest.com.au/Portals/0/docs...RSTAGE_XP02.PDF (1st is K.Weeks)
  8. PMs replied.. and - $17,000
  9. Hi, I have the sparkies code IFR6T11 for a mates car which seems to be the universally recommended plug for this car. We just don't see the point forking out the $$ for Iridiums. Nearly $100 for 4 plugs. How do i convert back to coppers for these? NGK let you do the up conversion but not the down (dodgey kents) Thanks guys
  10. Same pics plus a couple more here : http://members.optuszoo.com.au/birnie73/ Is it just me or are the attatchments feature stuffed? Admin - help??!!
  11. I've got a few more interior shots but it won't let me upload for some reason??? There's some exterior shots in My SAU Album Cheers
  12. never heard of that happenning before.......and it would be enough for me to buy elsewhere.
  13. You have bypassed your original boost solenoid all together right? That's not needed at all once a bleeder is installed (just checking that for starters) And also checking that cause it almost looks like you still have a 2 stage boost happenning at the 4500-5000 mark.....the normal place to change from 5-7psi. Also, if your bleeder was at 100% open, you'd be hitting well over 14psi with a huge spike. I've done it when mine wasn't installed right ont the standard turbo. Start screwing the oposite direction a few turns at a time to see what happens. From my first glance, looks like it's installed in between the solenoid and wastegate, and completely shut which would still probably screw with the boost levels/flow a bit.
  14. Agreed on getting replacement Tomei or Nismo fuel pump......easy n00b installation. And if you are upgrading your injectors, you don't need the FPR. Keep the cash in your pocket.
  15. Make : Nissan Model : 1998 R33 GTST S2, 40th Aniversary Edition Milage : 75, xxxkm Transmission: Manual Colour : White Location : Central Coast-Gosford (or Castle Hill for work) Complied? Yes RWC supplied? Umm, what's this? It's registered Currently registered? Yes (11 months) Price: $17,500 Contact: 0413 189 488 (Birnie) Comments / Modifications: The car makes a very stable 245.9 rwkws but at the time, it had a sliping clutch which you can see on the top of the dyno graph where it gets a little jaggedy, that'd be the clutch jumping around a bit. This has since been replaced with an awesome, genuine Exedy kit designed for the GTR so it can really take a pounding if you wanna upgrade further. Also, the plugs were gapped down to 0.65mm to stop the misfiring. This also has been adressed with replacement Splitfire coilpacks, and the plugs returned to 0.8mm. Zero misfires! I might get it back on the dyno and see if the clutch and splitfires make a difference to the top of the curve, and maybe crack the 250rwkws The car has been tuned by The Hitman in Penrith. Most people have heard of him and his reputation. Excellent! It has a very standard look apart from the the Apexi Rev Speed Meter and a Blitz Boost Gauge. The car is in excellent condition. I had it inspected before I bought using Sydney Vehicle Checking Company. They gave it a well above average rating and said that it's unusual to find these cars in this condition with NO rust and NO panel damage. So I bought it. ...if you haven't heard of them or used them before, they go over every panel with a magnet tester looking for signs of bog/rust etc... It was bought from a fellow who imported it just to make a buck, which was fine by me, so I am the 1st Australian road registered owner. Never been dragged (althouhg i'd like too), but has been to the Wakefield Raceway once when it was on the standard turbo on 7psi (4 yrs ago). And I'm no race driver so it's had a pretty easy life. Other people with the HKS2535 have made mid 12's on the drag. Robo's (i think) had mid 12's on the 2530 and then made low 12's on the 2535 ( http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/PB...5-s-t74271.html , this is his 2530 thread with the 2535 reult in his signature ) Time to downgrade unfortunatley and get some cash for house reno's Also 5yrs ownership and me getting older, it's time to move on. ENGINE Apexi Pod Filter Apexi Power FC (inc hand controller) Apexi Power FC Boost Control Kit (18psi/1.3bar, other preset values 0.8, 1.00 and 1.15bar) Turbo - HKS2535 with pirtek braided lines Injectors - S15 480cc (max 80%) AFM- - Z32 (genuine Nissan delivered from Japan) Fuel Pump - Tomei replacement kit - Posts #38 onwards below ( http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3....html&st=20 ) Full 3" Exhaust, cat back/cannon is genuine HKS TRUST FMIC Splitfire coilpacks SUSPENION/WHEELS/BRAKES Whiteline Springs with Bilstein shocks (refurbishable) DBA4000 slotted up front Bendix Ultimates - Front Pads Winmax - Rear Pads 17x8(235's) and 17x9(255's) DRIVELINE Genuine Exedy kit (from Kudos Motorsport), GTR style which can take heaps more power than what I'm making Pics to come....

    The Wall!

just to add to that, i think he added the words like Analogue and Human So many good quotes from that test that if he said uncool, that would be uncool! Not a new car but a new yard stick Analalogue Human A Million HP (TWICE) Corners like electricity When is the wall part being aired? ...and i agree on the Datsun reference being over done.
  17. Oh man, that was awesome viewing
  18. Location?
  19. My mate wanted to get some from Wollies Liquor as they had a 30% off sale on all reds. I had a Woollies discount card for another 5%, so i came along. He bought 6 bottles so $550 - 30% - 5% = $365.75, nearly $200 a bottle off, then tried to sell it on ebay as it was a sold-out vintage......no go! He'll just drink it instead.
  20. No probs if to mates etc, but i know of someone who bought Grange wine cheap, tried to sell it on ebay, they removed it 2 days later as he didn't have a licence.
  21. It was an odd read, but i think all the bits that sound negative, are meant as postives. Particularly when you read the final line : " Verdict : Unfathomably good "
  22. That's $1 more than the advertised price
