  1. Can we get some more on this? Seems a bit rediculous, no matter who were are talking about Under those rules, ALL busnisesses whether good, bad, ugly or down right scammers....are all all top shit ???? Because.......we aren't allowed to say so. Does it also include leaving bad comments in the rating system?
  2. and that makes me a saaaaaaaadddd paaaaaanda
  3. I work in BigW and there's catalogues everywhere ! We're stuffed At my old work place, everyone had to do the HR Harrasment 'course' And i do remember that if you touch a girls botty, and she likes it (ie doesn't take offence) that's fine BUT, if someone sees you do it, and they take offence, bah bow ! Harrasment. ...but if you're gunna get busted for something as stupid as that, you may as well whip it out and do the 'copter !!!!
  4. The stuff i used, you spray directly onto the seat and it foams up (i bit like shaving cream but not so thick) Leave it for 3-4 mins, then wipe it off with a damp cloth. Works really well, and if there are still bad spots, the lid has a rough section for scrubbing those areas I can't think of the brand... It's really common, black and blue can that do the waterless wash and all sorts of car shizza. here 'tis : http://www.selleys.com.au/Polyglaze-Uphols...er/default.aspx
  5. Get a bottle of seat cleaner from K-Mart for $10 Worked a treat on our car
  6. It's just a socket, pull it out. Similar to a S-Video socket. Depending on how you have your ECU mounted, it will be more of an issue putting it back in, again like the s-video, you gotta get that little bump rotated correctly before pushing in
  7. Gotta be something physical not electrical if you're making boost in Neutral. Shouldn't e possible with no load. ( or am i miss reading?)
  8. Your building boost in Neutral? Are you sure someone hasn't jammed an orange up your cannon?
  9. Standard R33 actuator is 5psi, not 7psi (don't know if same as R34) Just that when you hit the 4.5k revs, the solenoid bleeds kicks in allowing the turbo to reach the 7psi, in the same way a bleeder works. If you wre to install an R32 on an R33, you 'should' have a 10psi before 4.5k and 12psi after... Make sense? (agian for 34 i'm not 100%) So your R32 Actuator should see 10psi if no solenoid is invlolved. Are you looking on an aftermarket guage using psi? or the standard guage that does Hoolymologenus'esssss thingos? (not psi)
  10. 7:25 was the target time i believe. (link gone, but i did browse yesterday) So we'll wait on that one......but they beat their last target so fingers crossed
  11. Unless someone jumps in with a better offer before Monday, it's yours
  12. Check this thread for Nismo/Tomei info : http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3...tal-t85375.html Heaps of pics on page 1 from the original poster, plus heaps practically showing the full install on page 2 by me If you planned on paying someone extra to install, check the above thread, pay the extra for the full kit and do it your self. I had a GTR pump with brackets n stuff. Took it all out Removed the stocker. Scratched my head a bit, and put it all back together with the stocky, i couldnt' risk it not working as i commute in this car, and i wasn't confident in my own skills in hacking this together Sold it, bought a Tomei and did the swap in like 40 mins. NEVER had a problem and it was SOOOOO easy ! You don't need anyone to help installl these babies. So yes, they are the lazy way as stated previously....but just cause it's easy, doesn't make it any worse than the rest. These are better than Walbro's and most Bosches..... So yes, some wiring is changed in the kit. Just do it already, check the thread and the pics..... I found the Tomei kit cheapest thru Greenline ($50 cheaper than Nengun) $340 at the time which i think are closer to $300 now....delivered
  13. Thanks for all your replies. I guess i was hoping for some sort of easy piggy back ECU that could easily be tuned from the passenger seat....leaving AFR's and punching in an extra 5' of timing or something for $500?? I'm more interested in an increase in low-midrange torque feal, upgrades. Not interested in top output power ( i guess i shoulda stated that earlier) Thinking i'll just leave it as is. Cheers big ears. Birnie
  14. The video was pretty boring, no real action. But the PDF files really had some interesting data in there. Couldn't be stuffed reading 50 pages of dribble on a forum though. Although one dude sayiong the 09' Corvette should/will have more horse power...blah blah....??? STILL doesn't get it.....
  15. Thanks guys, the 1.8 litre Corolla was just an example. I don't know if i'll bother. Stock isn't too bad and i wanna keep good fuel economy. Time to take ye olde R33(turbo) for a fang ... schweeeeet
  16. After changing (years ago) from a slightly modded GTST, standard ECU, to an un-tuned Power FC.... I obvisouly noticed a better midrange in power and better drivabilty overall.....even before tuned...and even better after! My question is this, If i have a, lets say, a 2000yr, 1.8 Corolla, is it worth adding a piggy back to punch in some extra timing and getting that better feal? Would it work? Are NA standard cars already at their optimum or are they running super safe where you could squeeze some extra omph outta them? What are your thoughts?
  17. Had a quick skim so don't know if anyone said it.... The knock reading on the SAFC is bullcrap. Mine used to show knock and as the unit itself got hotter, the knock value increased. I had over 100+ at one stage......on a standardish car.
  18. Hi, can i buy 1xS15 injector? .............. Just kidding,top price ! Get it peeps !
  19. (Although, i still wuv my widdle HKS2535)
  20. Robbo, or robbos??? got high 12's with aHKS2530 and mids with 2535 (12.4or5), check his threads But these turbos are getting tired, so go for the others already suggested
  21. Didn't someone already reply? As he said, 555 would easily do the job. I have the s15's too running a hks 2535 on RB25. no probs. (although for $550? go for that!) Fuel pump? There's heaps of options, just do a search on the many Bosche/nismo/tomei options Nismo and Tomei cost a little more but so much less muckin around.
  22. I've been looking for ages. Ditched XBox which was top of my list, because of the HD-DVD dying. Looked for a decent priced PS3........... As of yesterday, BigW have em for $638...and i have a W dicount of 5% making it $606.10 Schweeeeet So if u know anyone with the card....do that. Works for Xbox too..i think they are $538 so you can figure that one out yourself.
