Does anybody have a spare standard RB25 exhaust manifold they can sell today? I really require it today if possible as mine is cracked right down the middle and I need to drive my car later tonight. If anybody can help me out in Melbourne that would be great! I'm located in south east suburbs Cheers!

Hey guys, Just seeing if anyone on here can do a bit of vinyl wrapping for me, at a decent price? I just need the middle fin of the GTR spoiler wrapped, and the 2 small covers on either side (the ones that cover the bolts etc). I attempted it myself and failed miserably.. I will need the vinyl supplied as well as the fitting. I am located South East Suburbs Cheers!

Never used on my car, bought off a friend who used them on 2 track days, selling as too small for my wider rims. Still tread on them. $100 the pair 2x Marshal Matrac 265/35ZR18 Slight camber wear, on limiters (see pics) $50 the pair R33 Turbo heat shield $10 4" - 45 deg silicone elbow - Sonic Performance. I didn't really get a chance to socialise much on the day, I was feeling a bit out of it - probably due to the fact I was running on less then 2hours sleep haha but I look forward to seeing you all up there for the next one The car held up fairly well except for the fact I killed another fuel pump, still made it back to Melbourne before it really started playing up, luckily..

Yeah still have the slip but all good, I wont be able to make it to Sandown this weekend, flying up to WTAC instead Im glad im not the only one who hasn't received their cams license from the day, I guess I will just wait a bit longer and email WRX club if I dont get it soon

I signed up and paid for my cams license on the day almost 3 weeks ago, but still haven't received it, I called cams and they have no record of me in the system which means they still haven't received the paperwork. They suggested contacting PIARC but I cannot find a contact number on their website. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Or can anyone recommend who I contact to chase it up?

Blew out the 2 manifold-to-turbo gaskets (one on each side of the spacer) towards the end of the day haha, so I will have to take the turbo off to replace them.. Looks like I spotted another problem, I just realised my SAU membership has just expired in June.. I have just renewed online via the SAUVic website and transferred the $50 renew fee to SAUVic. Any chance this can be fast tracked so I can get my SAU VIC card before the event? Thanks!

No worries, thanks for clearing that up mate. I also don't have a cams license, I printed off the L2S application form & plan on faxing it off tomorrow but I can't see myself receiving my card in the mail in time for the event. I noticed on the last page it has a small cut out at the bottom that says "30-day level 2 license" "This is a 30-day license only, valid from the time your car club rep signs it. CAMS Corporate services will forward your official 12-month level 2 license directly to you." Am I right in assuming if I bring that small cut out (whilst I wait for my proper CAMs license to arrive) along with a current SAU membership card, a SAU rep can fill that out for me on the day to approve me to go on the track?

I'm kinda new to track days (only done 2 Winton days and a handful of Deca's) but I'm itching to get on the track to test the cars new power.. Are beginners welcome or is it mostly going to be more experienced people on the track? Mind you I will probably just be opting for the driver training on the day..

Faxed and paid

I just printed off the entry forms, I will fax them off at work tomorrow. Now I just hope I guess the right amount of jerry cans of E85 to bring up as I plan on driving it up and don't wanna get stranded

I have just picked up a Brand new 040 tonight for an awesome price so at least now I will be able to get the car back on the road. I am still intending on getting a Nismo pump down the track its just right now getting the car on the road ASAP was my number 1 priority. I will drain what is left in the tank tomorrow (United fuel) just as a precaution, as the fuel pump had problems shortly after using that fuel from that particular station (i'm not blaming the fuel or the station I am just being cautious). I am also under the believe that the United blend might have a higher ethanol content then the advertised E85 as I've heard it is often around the E90 mark & the guy at the servo stated that often it is E90. Going by that theory is it possible that a 90% ethanol blend with only 10% unleaded might have seized my pump due to lack of lubrication? I might be completely wrong with what I have just said but its just a thought.. Anyhow, after putting my pump in tomorrow I shall start with a fresh batch of Caltex E-flex which will generally have a lower ethanol % and see how I go I will report back after using it for a while and let people know whether the same thing happened or not
