I just spat my first p/s belt last night, New Ross balancer RB2530.. might need to invest in the p/s tensioners set up

im running 9.5:1 CR in RB2530 with E85, some guys are going 10:1 CR on E85, If it only 98 i would stay around 9.3:1, just make sure you take it to a good tuner.

So my car is re booked in to max out the ID1000's Tuner thinks it should make around 480rwkw before injectors run out...

+1 to the gt35r there cheap and will do the job, if your doing a rebuild, up the comp and that will help bring it on

this whole time ive been driving around boost has only been on 15psi - 352Kw LOL i thought i was driving around on 20psi 424Kw LOL this thing is animal very happy with the set up

the united E85 is consitantly E85 where the E flex is e70 they say is varys between e70&e85 but we have only ever seen e70 out of e flex.. i guess the extra 15% ethanol could net you more Powwwer

So the GTX35 Twin scroll set up went very well.. We ended up tunning it late last night as my tuner is going away, didnt touch cam gears at all.. and spent only 2 and abit hours on the dyno.. 18PSI by 4000RPM, 424kw @ 20psi @7900RPM it just keeps making power up top tuner wants to clean up some fuel pump wiring before we do anything more. dyno graph will be up when my tuners back from holidays and some more tuning & boost Big thanks To GregR31 who built the motor & Chea at powertune these guys have been very helpful!

Hi Mate, im sorry about the muck around i have just been so busy moving home and running around its not funny.. The computer does not come with any loom as it was damaged. A new loom can be purchased from Microtech for approx $120. I was making 390rwkw with this ECU on 24PSI Open to offers need this gone.

My car has passed EPA ! its at the tuners should be tuned by Saturday!

Hi Guys, The computer has a loom (not plug and play) suits Rb25 & Rb26 my tuner told me. Also comes with hand controller & 3 bar map sensor. (map sensor is internal of ECU had to be sent to microtech to be insatalled/programmed have receipt $330 done in Feb 2012)

sounds like you have a loose exhaust and oversized wheels hitting guards at 5000rpm

well i have a "true" twin scroll setup on a RB2530 with twin gates, GTX35 with 6boost I also have a Twin scoll setup for a RB2630 with single HKS 60mm on a 6boost - i havnt picked a turbo yet for this motor. the RB2530 i should have some results within a month or so. the RB2630 i wont have any results for at least 9months

most the tuners here in Syd prefer it on comp housing or within 200mm on the intercooler piping
