when would someone look at doing the trigger setup / whats the pros & con's?

the only extra costs would be making up an exhaust with 1 or 2 cats, a couple of hours on a dyno, and just go for it.. yeah its best to do it voluntarily they will see that and help you out. just call RMS / EPA 137 247 and follow the instructions the EPA test is for free also.

yeah you can go back as many time as you need. the guy there was very helpful, they give you the print out of the test showing the nox,co,co2,thc levels so you know where the car is failing and where to change the tune the guy was so helpfull there he marked on the graph where it was failing for the tuner to see and adjust to suit. they even know i have an adjustable computer...

Well it failed... looks like its to rich on cruise & decelatration... Next EPA test is booked for 23Rd July.. oh well..

EPA test is tomorrow morning.. hope it passes.... im going to take the car there nice and warm so the exhaust cat's are heated up and expanded to capture all the crap.. anyone else know of any tricks?

i been using the new Ross Balancer on my 2530 i havnt had any p/s belt dramas

It used to drop off too 18psi by red line, tuner said if we could hold boost up top it would crack well into the 400's..

made 396rwkw on 24psi but was a ebay manifold/cooler/wastegate & only a 3inch exhaust rear housing was T3 .86

So after lots of mucking around i finally got my GTX35 Twin scroll set up running. fitted to a Built 9.5:1 RB2530 on E85, Currently the car is on a EPA/Run in tune for bedding in & passing emissions for engineering, so its only reving to 5750RPM and running 12.5PSI. no power figure yet but estimate approx 350HP at the moment. changing from the GT35 to this i believe it has better spooling im seeing 12.5PSI at 4000-4200RPM in 2Nd gear. the old GT35 would hit 24psi around 4500RPM the set up at the moment is 6boost mani,GTX35, ATP 1.06 T4 Divided housing, 2x trial 38mm external gates, 4inch dump then reduced to 3inch for 2x VRss commodore CATs (for EPA), solid lifter conversion etc.. My emission test is 4th July wish me luck all

im running 24psi but spike back to 19 by redline.. im using clatex e flex fuel as above it hasnt changed its ethonal rating since i started using it - NOV2011 you may need to add anther 044 fuel pump possible dash 8 fuel supply line.. not sure on the 850cc injectors in using 1000cc's

^^^ +1 just run more boost mate it should come to life with 25psi.. with the set up you have id be running 30-35psi

im using 264 11.5mm intake & 272 11.5mm exhaust solid conversion and of course E85
