  1. Once you cancel the rego, there is no defect anymore.
  2. Dunno if it was answered, only skimmed through - regarding the boot lining and struts, you'll be fine. I only had the plastic between the boot and the battery shelf, a sub held in place with tie downs, that's it. Also my struts might as well have not been there lol
  3. Disregard. I dead set honestly have no idea what I was thinking. Derp. What you said is correct and I know it lol, f**k knows what was going on in my head when I wrote that. He only noted them on their because they were there, not because they mattered.
  4. ACTUALLY, it's partially true. (from what I gathered from the guy who engineered mine) anything non-OEM that can change the function of the vehicle in any way is supposed to be engineered...whether Dickson give a fark or not is different. Dash mounted gauges and 33 GT-R wheels needed to be put on mine, not by request of the Dickheads at Dickson, but that's just the way it was supposed to be done.
  5. lol. Car just went from ace to shithousegof**kyourself with those 3 little letters.
  6. I can't tell whether it's FWD, RWD, or AWD from that article. Anyone know? If RWD/AWD, I'd be pretty f**king keen on a hatch version for sure!
  7. Injectors and coilovers won't be transferable to the R34, as I'm sure you're aware. Unsure about ECU, though it's probably in the same boat.
  8. Alrighty, but don't think just coz Jeremy got lucky and actually passed without an engineer's cert and/or reaming for other pointless shit, you will too. I highly recommend getting your "child restraint anchors" fitted BEFORE they tell you to do it.
  9. If you're selling it with a roadworthy, you're kidding yourself. Will end up spending SO much more time and money to get it than the car is worth. f**k that. Just cancel the rego and get a dodgy RWC, then sell it with that. Once the rego is cancelled (either by yourself or the RTA if you leave it that long), there IS NO DEFECT TO CLEAR. The car just requires a roadworthy to have registered. All defects are tied to the rego (which is tied to the car). No rego = no defect. New rego = no defect.
  10. This shit's just getting silly now, lol
  11. Black R34 GT-T in Tuggers yesterday arvo, can't remember time or any other distinguishing details lol
  12. Dude you're f**king replacing the car, why do you give a shit to put effort in and have it passed? Just cancel the rego on it the day before they do so you get a pro rata refund and forget about it.
  13. I'm sure it's already been said, but if you don't pass you still have time to clear it - there's a further number of weeks between the date the defect need to be cleared and when they cancel your rego. Honestly I wouldn't stress. You'll have your new car by the time you get this one into roadworthy condition lol
  14. I always ensure to do OHP+flat bench in one push session, then incline bench and dips the next.
  15. Should have no worries selling it elsewhere bruz, as you're obviously aware learner legal bikes are always in demand
  16. Yeah exactly. Would need to be a banged up shitter with barely any rego (and maybe even a slim chance of it being able to get more haha).
  17. Just coz the turbo will push 14psi, doesn't mean the ECU will allow it Disclaimer: I have no idea when R&R kicks in on stock R34 GT-T ECU. haha sub-$500 (and that's only if I'm going halves with someone lol). Wouldn't wanna defile a half-decent car though.
  18. Wooooo you dug this one up!! I kept meaning to find it and inquire myself, lol
  19. rofl that R31 wagon is tempting, but it's a bit exxy for something that'll wind up against a tree/boulders LOL
  20. Turquoise s2 R33 GTS-T with tasteful shiny wheels (lolz) around 6:40am on Canberra ave > Hindmarsh dr this morning. Spotted the same car yesterday arvo on the way into QBN too I think, or might've been the same time of the morning. Can't remember lol
  21. That's shit man, such a joke.
  22. Agree entirely.
  23. They're just eventually skewed into questionable myths, then ridiculed into obscurity
  24. This, though I'd even suggest being paranoid and injury free is the path to becoming a hero (albeit a slower one); whereas the "hero" alternative in your quote never actually makes it there thanks to f**king their shoulders/back/any other part of your body you can injure from being a retard.
