Speaking of tax time...
Monday was, 3 days after we transitioned our accounting system to Xero, a day for Payroll to do their fortnightly thing... Got an email that went to everyone saying "Please be advised that there appear to be some anomalies in the tax being withheld and the accruals if sick or annual leave are taken. This is resulting in you receiving a slightly higher nett amount of pay this week. We endeavor to have this resolved shortly, and will be adjusted in the next pay run." Fine, I've got no issue with that...
Nekminit, my Group Certificate shows up on my desk. So next pay run is actually next financial year... Fail
