wonder how the R35 would compare with an R34 GTR with the same power? Probably wouldnt be much in it.

the gtr has engraved itself among all car enthusiasts. They may not want to buy it for whatever reason, but there is no doubt they acknowledge that it is a car made for serious performance.

I would stop pouring more money into the R33 and get the gtr. Ive been looking at a few lately and an R33 looks very dated in comparison.

A lot of people are not stable. You dont know what has happened during his day or his entire life that brought him to that state of anger. mate just lucky you werent on sydney roads........there's no-where to go without coming to a stop.

cant afford a NUR, was just an observation that they are selling for probably similar amount as a 2008. I bought the rex like that. Never have the neon on, and the chromes are 19s. Id go more for a jdm look if I got an r34

had a r33 gts25t before. The rex is extremely quick, but have always wanted a gtr. Now the r34s are becoming much more affordable and not much comes close to getting big HP like an rb26

my budget is only good enough for a normal R34. maybe a vpecII with some luck. Prices seem to be dropping dramatically with many around 52-60K. Love the wrx but when the lease is up, I'll get back into a skyline again. Just watched a video on the Nur spec, and it lapped faster around some circuit in japan, faster than a pretty modded Ferrari weighing 400kg lighter.

Have been looking into buying an R34 GTR and have noticed a couple of Nur spec R34s for sale. Proabaly around the same price the 2008 GTR will be. Both appear to have 500HP. So which one would you rather............for me I'll take the 2008GTR

You need to realise she is of veteran age. Probaly has a lot of problems sleeping, probaly has heart complaints, high blood pressure and diabetes. Drop a note under her door and tell her you will try and get out/ in of the car park quickely and turn off engine quickely. Shes old so give her a break. Probably has lived a shit life.

I dont drag race on the street either. Just squirts here and there. I saw dragme in an ignition video and all I can say is.........fark meee!! The rex does 11s though, so can keep up with most cars out there (thats without the 75hp shot of NOS)

I use to think skylines were all special. Luved my r33gts25 though they are just not that fast off the lights. Would never go back to one after a rex. Simply racing a wrx off at the lights is suicide for a skyline (gtr not included) and would not recommend it to all of you

how old is your gf? Does she own any assetts? If she has nothing (just a young person starting out) tell the other sides insurance company that she is a student? with no savings? no property? etc etc. Tell them they can take it to court but she has nothing to pay. Then tell them her parents are willing to loan her 2K toward the damages. Offer them 2K or take it to court. Dont be scared of their legal threats. If she has nothing, then they can't get nothing. Your not at fault, she was the driver. They cant take anything from you.

The commo looks the goods. Im sure the hsv range will be a beauty. When I owned my r33 gts25t I use to think it was unbelievable. Just bought a 04 wrx and the skyline has nothing on a rex. That includes performance, handling and styling.

had a look at a few today. Some shocking examples. Im going for the 2JZ (with vvti) over the RB25det (went thru same delemma as well). The 2JZ really is technologically miles more advanced than the GT-T in every respect. Its also far more advanced than the rb26dett. Sequentail turbos, lots of torque down low, much better components (which is why its bullet proof) and larger capacity.

Hi All, I have been recently looking at buying a car more practical for the family. So my choice for the last 2 months has been an F6 Tyhoon. Really looks like an awasome car, but it's been a battle to shake out of my mind that its a Ford. 2 days ago I found on carsales.com a 4 dr v35 skyline.(2005 model). I couldn't believe it!! Went looking all day around parramatta Rd Sydney and could not even find a v35 coupe. It seems there is also very little detailed info on modding it except for the APS site which displays there TT system. Have any of you got one? Did you import it privately? Do you have the 8 spd auto? Any info on what is it is worth to buy, mods done and impressions of the car would be appreciated. cheers Oz.
