Actually....you can do that.
Get a small tower case, you can plug yout TV into your card, and you can get wireless controllers for PCs...but its still a couple of KGs heavier than any other console,
Handling is like ProStreet...with enough practice you'll get the hang of it, but then as soon as you go back to another racing game, you'll suck at it, being used to Shift. I experience massive understeer, others the opposite. I think with a properly calibrated wheel, and pedals, it might be a fun game. I'll admit, i think PS3 would be easier for steering, since you can control how much steer you give, ie, wuater, half, full, where as a keyboard, with the arrows, its either no steer, or full lock, unless you've got a wheel.
Its starting to become fun since I've got the hang of drifting now...almost.
