on the topic of resale value. If you buy an ADM model and press the fun button and void the warranty etc. does this mean it would now be worth the same as a JDM model with no warranty? My main reason for questioning is that i would be more inclind to send my car Willall in SA or CRD in Sydney then my local nissan mechanic. To me a factory warranty means nothing as i have had numerous cars and friends with different makes and models that have always had issues trying to have work completed under warranty.

Hi guys Im trying to keep it local and i hope I'm not breaking the rules here. Due to my car eating away all of my funds i have decided to sell my bike to free up some cash. I dont really want to sell the bike but unfortunately the stupid supra has left me with no other choice. This is possibly one of the best learner legal bikes currently on the market. It has great styling with racing style fearings making it look like a bigger bike. The bike has been used on weekends only and washed/ waxed at least once a week. I bought the bike new from Kawasaki (Canberra Motorcycle Centre) where it has also been serviced. I have the log book and all the other bits and pieces (including a spare key). Few details: 3,700kms on the clock Ebony black colour carbon tank protector chain oiled after every tank of petrol never dropped everything else is standard as i wanted to keep the bike original, perfect for any new learner rider. I'm asking for $6, 0000.00ono for the bike with rego. I also have a shoei helmet and dry rider jacket that I'm willing to let go for $600.00 and $200.00 respectively. the biggest issue is 90% of suppliers in Australia already bring in chinese, thai and so on made products. On a recent fitout i completed i sent back 4 display units as they were rusted out. With more and more retailers only going for the cheapest prices you'll be hard pressed to develop a market of second hand products when cheaper new products are in high demand. Ive built that many restaurants and cafes that will only use low budget products as they simply do not have enough capital to build their new shop. of course this provides more headaches then they're worth but unfortunately all they see is the bottom dollar... You're correct about Australia being very overpriced for commercial kitchen products. we have found clients will often approach companies directly to try save costs. they will surf the net contact overseas companies and much more to avoid using local suppliers.

We will be placing a deposit with Hume Karts this afternoon to hold the 10am spot this Sunday 11th July. Our first race must start at 10am sharp to complete all our races and not delay their next booking. This means all attendees must be at hume karts by no later then 9.45am. We're able to have a maximum of 15 people race. The current list of racers are: 1.ROSS 2.nathan 3.Frink 4.GTRKAT 5.Pete 6.MA70R 7.Jamie 8.Andrew 9.DriftGTS 10.Dustin 11.Nicole This leaves only 4 places if anyone else would like join in. All races will finish around 11.30am. Some will then be going to Kingo for lunch and a few drinks to finish the day.
