    GOR33 That's not the one which is being made. The picture shows a custom extension to relocate the filter. The one I 'm actually making hides down near the turbo and replaces a section of the standard rubber pipe. It's not as easy as the simple bend and two flanges as shown in the pic. Cheers Pete

    Not too late. They haven't been produced yet. shouldn't be too much longer. Just waiting on the fabricator to finish off his shop. Will be soon I promise.

    And therein lies the problem with manufacturing. People often don't understand the costs involved in just getting a project off the ground.

    Wish I could, but I'd need to do 20 at a time to make it viable. You can get the HKS gear for like $150. Cant compete with that.

    I've given mine a Caning with 200 RWKW and she's still all good.

    It is possible. But by the time you make up the spacer ring AND machine the stock cam gear, you are talking about the same sort of money as a nice shiny, lightweight HKS cam gear. The slots need to be machined on the radius, which means CNC, which means to do it properly you need a whole crap load of them and I ain't got more than one!

    Okay, after much buggerising and me being too busy, I have 3 samples to sell. $40 is the price. They are laser cut and marked, and hand Tapped. Each will be fitted to a pulley I have here to make sure it is a nice fit. Freight will be $15 via TNT if you aren't in Melbourne. Let me know.

    Al, somebody said that to me too, but because the exhaust flange is different, it would make it a pain in the butt to get custom parts made up. I can't confirm 100% though. I have a guy who thinks he may have a couple for us though. VG30DET that is.

    I guess the following would be about right. Turbo = free High Flow = $1950 (max) exhaust housing or busted turbo = $150 I assume the exhaust housing machining could be done when th turbo is high flowed so no additional price. Total, $2100 I think
