  1. Gizzmo one needs the Shift light as well. Bee-R cuts the entire ignition circuit on and off as required. The Gizzmo is sequencial so it shuts down cylinder by cylinder. Factor in the $300 odd for the Shiftlight for the Gizzmo. PS. If you get the Gizzmo one, I want a full review cos I would love to get one. BASS OUT

  3. REV210 As you are MR "Lower your rotational mass" on SAU, have you done this mod? How did you go with engine cooling? Did the fan come on and off and sap engine power at all? Tell me your results! BASS OUT
  4. I'm my opinion, and I'm a card carrying pussy on the roads generally, especially when I have my son in the car, everyone can say what they like about stayin calm and backing off and all that, and hey, in hindsight that's probably the right thing to do. But when there's some wanker on the roads being a dick and obviously not concentrating on the road, it really pisses me off. Maybe it's because I take pride in my car, my driving and my road manners, maybe it's because I enjoy driving and can't understand when others treat driving with such little respect. If this happened to me, you can bet your arse that I'd be driving past and giving him the bird. You can bet your arse that I'll be letting him know that he has been an idoit. You can bet your arse that most of you would too. Especially if he chipped your windscreen and just cost you several hundred dollars of damage, or chipped your brand new CF bonnet. You would ALL be pissed off, and you would ALL react differently and I bet that most of you would be driving past and giving the bird. Regardless of what we say here. I want that person to associate not concentrating on the road and driving half on the edge and putting a new CD in, or fumbling with his phone with either anger from me, a hell of a fright when you blow your horn, or maybe a little bit of embarrasment that he was doing the wrong thing and should know better. I hope this guy not only has to fix your damage, but also gets charged with dangerous driving, failing to stop at an accident and being a complete Fu(ktard. BASS OUT

  7. I have to admit I reckon thermos are the shiznet even though everyone says that they aren't worth it. I hate the blowing noise the stocker makers, especially in the morning! I haven't had a fan shroud for 3 months now and with the new radiator I've never seen it go above 82 degrees (still with fan though) even when driving for an hour with the Air con on. I also used to see the oil temp go up a little with the Air con on, but not now. Yay for biggins radiators. So, I reckon it's only a matter of time before my stock fan totally accidentally and mysteriously breaks and I have to put a big thermo on.

  19. I don't think R34 Tail-Lights are that marketable you see. There aren't enough R34's around being knocked about, and when you think about it, 99% of the time people are replacing tail-lights is because somebody has run up their bum, and if that's the case, they would be getting brand new taillights though insurance. Your mate might want to think about creating a kit, complete with laser cut mounts for the LEDs, including some detailed instructions and sell the kits to people so that they can do the fitting themselves. Have all the electronic stuff done and fitted to the mounts and all the customer has to do is disassemble their existing lights, remove the globes and fit up the kit. Easy. I can see a big market for that, and if I wasn't having soo much trouble with my current Radiator Guide group buy, I'd do it myself!
  20. Nuffsaid. I understand that, but what I'm saying is that people aren't going to want to buy a set of tail-lights and then have to sell their own. From a logistical point of view, it will be much easier for people to either do a changeover, or send and recieved their own lights back. Just a suggestion to help you along thats all.
  21. I think he should offer a change-oever service as opposed to supplying them complete. Finding used sets of R34 Tail lights will prove A) expensive B) difficult $500 is far too much to do the conversion as I was actually looking at doing something like this with another SAU member. I would be fabricating a little jog to mount the LEDs in and then fitting that into the lamps. You should ask him how much to fit the L.E.Ds to somebodies lights as I would certainly be interested. 25. Anyone ever heard of "Bunny Chow"? Its a South African late night curry that you have by cutting a loaf of bread in half, scooping out the bread, pouring in the chunky vegetable curry and then using the bit of bread you scooped out as spoons. My holy goodness was it hot!
