  1. The R34 Nismo Guide will actually block air going to the snorkel if it doesn't have the scoop. The R34 Standard Guide will actually assist the air to flow into the snorkle. Same with the R33 Guide. The reason is becuase the the R34 Nismo front bar has a grill section which the guide sits on top of. As shown in these two pics The black car is an R34 GTT with standard front bar and the air flows over the top of the guide, and if you are clever with some foam, it can be forced into the snorkel. There is no grill bit. The Sliver car is my R34 GTT with a Nismo front bar, and you can see that the grill bit sits up underneath the bonnet when it's closed, hence no airflow over the top of the guide. Nightcrawler_3.bmp

  5. Have you seen the Autospeed version which doesn't use a single sensor to turn on and off, but used the injector output (as the money injector, the more power and heat) and uses a points based system where it turns on after a certain amount of time with injector duty high, and turns off a certain amount of time after it turns off. So not just on at 4500 and off at 4499rpm. Check it out, it's called "Intelligent Water Spray" Seems to be a very good little unit.

  9. hey ppls. I've been thinking lately about modifying my PowerFC boost kit to add one of those valves from the Autospeed Boost control kit which will hold the wastegate closed until a certain psi and then allow it to open. Like a cracking pressure. my question is can I integrate one of these valves into a PFC boost kit to allow psi to rise quicker? I'm thinking I could simply plumb it in and see how it goes first. maybe a little tuning of the gain on the PFC might be required, but I figure it should work. Anyone got any ideas? BASS OUT
