  1. I got 8 and 9 +38 all round and there is plenty of room, o could 20mm spacers in there without rolling.. Its also dependant on tired too though, I just have nankangs arm and the sidewall isn't huge,However if I was to get some chunky semi slicks they would take up a lot more room.. Are Are you trying to make it handle, or do you just want it to look cool, cause most of the threads there are focused on looks not handling.. And people get fat rims with skinny tyres, however get a fat rim and a fat tyre and you will won't different offsets..

  5. ahh, yes i did see that hero shot, you really should of taken your shirt off and oiled up the biceps for full effect though I thought that was just the DE you had ripped apart..
  6. I saw the mani yeah...was there something else i missed? I've actually been wondering how I would go with a t67, keep my custom turbine housing and put it on a brea style manifold like Tao uses.. Everything seems to point towards the td06 not being ideal as we had hoped..but I will finish it off first... Whats goin on with your ride Jez, you gunna push for more out of it or leave it as is, has it been driven hard yet?
  7. i agree , it cant hurt to make sure its at least idling before going for a tune otherwise you could be paying extra for the tuner to sort out an idle issue if it doesn't when you get it there.. i started mine just cause im a curious bugger and was actually surprised at how well it did idle, i got overconfident and tried to drive it...didnt work

  13. It will sit and idle fine mate, you can even rev it a bit as long s you don't get on boost. Its not till it gets under load it will flood.. I wouldn't recommend driving it. I actually tried driving mine with 650s ,I got around the block before the plugs started to foul, it was spluttering alot and I barely got it home after that..If your mechanic lives less than a km away and you drove very slowly, you would make it..

  15. Yeah I could do it in peak hour as well..afternoon for sure, not certain about morning cause m never around there that early, and yeah its dependant on tunnel traffic which isn't very dependable.. I'm getting paid to do it though But yeah 45 on a treadly is wow, u bike guys get around..

  17. My mechanic changed mine revently to vmx-m when he did my clutch..it previously had vmx-80 with 500ml of nulon n90 additive. I think it was better before as its a little notchy now... From what I am told vmx-m was designed to help fix crunchy mitsu boxes.. If it feels a little rough add some n90 it should improve a little..I'm going to have to try Smurf blood next time just out of curiosity
  18. I'd drive that in 30 mins easy Aaron, anytime of day...but it would cost a full toll plus fuel plus parking possibly so yeah, cheaper by train.. are you riding hurstbridge to cbd in 45 min ?

  21. lol...I honestly never saw that there before... ok heres my 2c...call hypergear, get a turbo and an adaptronic ecu off him if he still has any or theres one here and get a 3076 if you dont want hypergear.. http://www.skylinesa..._1#entry6370749 comes with built in MAP..if your tuner tells you its no good tell him to get his shit together cause its a perfectly capable unit (i know cause i have one) and you wont get better for that price unless you buy a used pfc or something which are getting alot cheaper these days then get the best injectors and fuel pump (wired for full voltage) you can find..NPC clutches are great value too for around 3k (which will easily blow out to 5k) you will be super fast...job done... for the money it would cost to setup a 3037 (which really should be mounted to a decent manifold to be effective anyway) you could setup a t67 kando and be just as fast if not faster. there is far better ways to spend your coin than just getting a 3037 You cant just roll in here and say Which turbo is best, cause there is so many variables as to which turbo is best for your situation..whats the car used for drag, drift,burnouts, track how much money do you have to spend, is it daily driven yadda yadda yadda...but if you did a little research you would know this already.. as they say, ask a stupid question , get a stupid answer...

  23. I love this guy, makes a thread to ask our opinions on which turbo is right for him.. So we all give our opinion that he should mod other things before worrying about a turbo. A week later he wants a 3037 Next week it will be NOS, 2 of the big ones. We will tell him NOS is for amateurs but he won't listen and then he won't listen when his laptop tells him "DANGER TO MANIFOLD", he will blow the welds on his intake and fry his piston rings cause he was granny shifting and not double clutching when he should.. Anyway we all know the story, base line is..Mia I'm a cop. ..
