  1. google 'google sketchup'
  2. yeah but they are two seperate pieces of equipment. this is a mechanically driven turbo till exhaust gases power it more efficiently
  3. just wait till nissan use it and flog porches ass again hahaha damn, shame about the pics!
  4. hahah i did the same thing about 6 months ago. wasted many many hours playing with it lol
  5. massive!! picsorban!!!! lol nah diesel is good, heaps of technology comes from there anyway. trucks/busses have had variable vane turbos for how long? i think only porche use them in a production car. does anyone else?
  6. effing hell!! something that large doing 35000rpm! youd get sucked into it if you werent careful lol so the turbo was almost used as a supercharger till it became a turbo again. very smart, less parts required to do the same job!
  7. should be!! my turbo was good from them! what was bad about it?
  8. but you want to dont you? hahah i honestly thought a 'wet' test was letting the car inject fuel, but not fire (not that it can with the plugs out). i thought putting oil in was called something else. but you learn something every day. i also forget something every day.... now where do i work again?
  9. no way! so im guessing they would be turbo-charged to force the gas into the chamber?
  10. i think thats pretty much on the money!
  11. maybe 191hp? thats 142ish kw.... which is about right!
  12. daewoo? good luck with reliability/anything lol
  13. +1 on them looking good. they actually look hot!
  14. just cars = aami anyway, the others are also underwritten by bigger companies, but have much more reasonable conditions!
  15. ahhh THATS why dry is. no problems thanks for clearing that up for me!
  16. except for when i get 480km from 30-32L
  17. ok do a quick search and youl find a hell of a lot more information. 191kw on 15psi with only an exhaust? what dyno? and was it in shootout mode? anyway, nice figure, but please turn the boost down if its a stock turbo, its not gonna last long. from factory they run anywhere from 12-14psi(ish) but nowhere as low as 7psi. also the torque figure is about right. the factory figures are quoted at the flywheel, your number is from the wheels. and thats not bad at all! there is NO pwerfc for M35, nor do they come in manual unless its NA. we are waiting on a remap service, if it doesnt, a piggyback system will be your best bet. also install a pod filter or better panel filter in the stock box.
  18. gio has always been the cheapest for me, they dont disqualify you for owning an import. personally i dont think the CTP should be affected by your driving record OR the car youre driving. your rego isnt! only weight!
  19. im only guessing, on my SR i did the same thing. but being a better motor it was easier
  20. i think you need to remove the plug from the CAS so it doesnt attempt to fire or inject fuel, thus a 'dry' test..........
  21. FYI guys, the headlight fuses are behind the battery
  22. yeah ive seen the tomei one on IM. friggen exy tho.
  23. video it
  24. because they havent passed emissions yet i believe there are some people attempting to comply them........ as yet there is no ETA
  25. ARXs has LSDs and i think RS Vs did too. RX didnt, and RS MAY have been an option........
