Is this for daily driving or track work? semi slick would suck for daily driving. Especially with all the rain we have been having.. But if its for track work then semi slicks would be very nice, if you had to cheat that is *looks for dundan*

Just to answer your question. Tiptronic gears will be fine for a skid pan day, often you pick a gear and stick with it. Bit of practice and you will be fine. You wont be holding anyone up in a r34 GT-t.

The first time I did a skid pan day I was freaked, completely changed the way I drive and the ideas I have about my car. THis is the idea of skid pan days, to teach you what your car is capable off. if after 1 skid pan day he thinks he can drift a comodore then I suggest people pull over or move out of the way when they see a red comodore comming in their direction.
