NISSAN GTR

Need specialist advice please - I live in Adelaide and decided 2 years ago to buy a GTR R32 registered in Queensland , car was brought to SA and taken to regency for I.D check , i was told car had no compliance plate , and had to get full inspection ,found out only SEAT BELTS in the front had been done , no other ADRs had been carried out eg, side intrusion bars , child restraints got some really handy advice and eventually was complied after compliance works all carried out . This car has since been written of by accident (others fault) and now i am looking at getting an R34 GTR V spec from an import spescialist or interstate !!!!!!!!!!!!! My question is if im buying R34 interstatehow can i check if ADRs are carried out on any R34 GTR ???????? And will a GTR R34 , still be treated like an new import in S.A even if its been in Australia for 3 years already ,would i have to get a full inspection + compliance shopped again if i brought it from NSW to SA ................. What are common ADRs to done on a R34 GTR Cheers

If you want to go all out sex -Rays CE28N 's Formula silver , diamond cut lip Gram lights 57s I think generally silver looks better on gun metal grey with polished lip If your on a budget get ROTA GTR D rims - grey with polished lip or ROTA GTLM in gun metal I know i have great taste in rims !!!!!!!!! lol

Hi guys , im just trying to get a heads up ! my car was driven once a month , spent fair amount of money and time on it keeping it close to original ! Just finished stripping engine bay out and cleaning everything , the car was still factory black underneath and had never been driven in the rain ,had 50,000 kms on the clock was a rare original . The accident was yesterday near home ,where my car was going straight on a main road when i was fully T- boned by a 4wd coming from a side street , i ended up in hospital and my GTR in a crash yard , absolute nightmare The police said its a write off , same with the crash operator , the assessor is looking at it next week I have insurance and was wondering what my options are "if the assessor says it is a write off" am i better buying off the wreck , and can i get the car assessed by a crash repairer anyway to see if it can be fixed still for under the insured price.

i just want to know if R34 Brembos fit straight onto a GTR R32 , besides drilling a larger hole for mounting and changing discs , does the master cylinder or anything else need an upgrade ?

Sorry mate , i first realised they were different offsets when i took my own rims off my track version and measured them for myself ,i was surprised , but you must know better !!!

Heres some facts , JDM Performance needs to study up. All 350z track Front Size: 18x8.0 Offset: +30mm Weight: 18.19lbs Tire: 225/45/18 Rear Size: 18x8.5 Offset: +33mm Weight: 18.62lbs Tire: 245/45/18 and standard rims were staggered as well , the only 350z wheels that were same alround were touring !

Original 2003 350z rims were staggered fitment , pretty plain though and you might need spacers . My advice go for the 2007 rims there killer .

Does the edge of the rim protrude past the guard or is it flush .

Which 350z rims , there are 3 different types . 2003 jap version , 2003 aussie version and 2007 version - nice

Hey Guys i know its a close call , thought id better find out just before i commit to buying some more rims can you tell me if 18x9.5 +12 offset allround will fit a R32 GTR tyres are 225/40/18 has anyone got the same offset. The car has original ride height - ** i do not want to guard roll which is the last thing i want been there done that ! Thanks

Does anyone know how much the R32 was to buy in Australia new , Was it around 115 k ?
