  1. when you install a blow of valve on your work truck !
  2. Anybody knows where i can get a Jun style GTR R32 front grill in Australia or S.A . Thanx
  3. I went interstate to get my R32 , well actually Queensland found one with 23000km , it is now locked in a shed for 20 years as i have a daily GTR already , i really could not find any half descent GTR s in S.A and that was over 1 years worth of searching, also people have less money generally here too . I agree with you that the GTR R33 is getting cheaper , i personally think its the shape , maybe.
  4. Out of the two cars EVO !!!!!! only because of the active yaw system
  5. GT2 's are sick , to drive on track they make the driver feel more confident and controlled compared to the R35 , thats why people who have owned porsches and raced them , have now traded to the GTR mainly because the porsche becomes boring/to in control . nice im totally jealous !!!!!
  6. Damn that is bad luck Im guessing the ceramic turbos did the damage initially. I was thinking the way to go is gt2860r-7 Are bigger turbs generally more laggy. Everyones advice has been extremely helpful .
  7. what is the benefit of N1 turbos , everybody says there great , what would a pair set me back!
  8. Mate of mine has a totally stock RB26 , R32 , just lately one of his ceramic turbos gave up at 70,000 kms, what is the best steel replacement turbo with a slight improvement in performance . thanks
  9. its a pity you bought the rusty bits and bog to start with , the rear diffuser looks sick underneath but the side wings are not a good look , the rims look great as silver cars are a tough choice for rims , i know everyone gets black . nice work though whats next , lowering ?
  10. without going into detail , buy something stock , original engine with original kms sounds tough but they are out there , 25k price range , anything under that forget it , paint missing on the manifold and cam cover is a good indicator of age ! majority of cars around the 100,000 km range will have some paint missing depending on how hard its been treated . chassis rail dents/bends , panel allignment . Anything rebuilt is ok just get it checked out by a mechanic .
  11. Edwardstown motor bodies ! if you want the best job in Adelaide.
  12. yeh dude put 235s on thats all you need , fitment is perfect for 9 , 0r 9.5s .
  13. GTR wagon would have been better !!!
  14. fill it with water and add some jets for bubbles.
  15. Good on you man you should be proud of yourself for trying this . i have a porsche carrera 2 with an LS1 in it, with great help from others , the LS1 motor is lighter than the stock 6 with turbos and generates more power . Good luck
  16. stainless or titanium 2.5 or 3 inch turbo back exhaust for R32 GTR ,any good japanese brand is ok , stock is ok as well , must be in reasonable condition . prefer Adelaide but Melbourne is ok to. thanks heaps
  17. any chance of a pic of the r32 exhaust , need turbo back
  18. stop showing us yer busted old crappy egg !
  19. underbody lights are gay , maybe at christmas only, oh and easter
  20. Dude i cant help but feel sorry for these people , i will donate 1 hunge to them .
  21. like i said dude, try not to go under 25k otherwise it will cost you in the long run. i travelled to japan from Adelaide and had a look for a GTR R32 , but eventually found one in Queensland one year after i started looking ,the key is just to be patient .
  22. I recently got some custom plates for my R32 GTR , i tried bending the old bracket to fit this did not work , also didnt want to bend the ends or cut the ends of the number plate off to fit on the front as this looks untidy , i have limited mechanical knowledge and time but this is what i came up with ! Got some zenith 100 x 100, 90 degree steel brackets from bunnings hardware and drilled new holes in them , so the plate would fit flush to the front bar using the three existing mounting screws . Cut some pieces of 2mm powdercoated plate the same size as the front plate and the rear plate with a grinder. Rivetted the 2mm plate to the brackets for strength and drill holes to mount plates in corners Remove front bracket again (undo underside screws) , paint both steel plates , Do the same job with the rear but use existing mounting bolt holes as fixing points for big rivets (works great ) drill two new holes on the bottom of rear bracket depending on what size plate you have, i went for square rear , slim front . Finally rivet custom plate onto steel backing plates to make them harder to thieve ! paint rivets black to make good !
