i realise the v8 is all alloy, and you'd lose a bit of weight with the turbo/accesories but still, it's a bigger engine. Just wondering if anyone had any actual figures.

How much heavier would the Q45 be over an rb25det...Surely there wouldn't be that much in.

I got exactly the same thing, i did chirp the wheels, but it was on logan rd for christs sake, i really wish now that i'd taken it to court, the bastard just wrote the ticket, i couldn't even read it. Took me a good week to de code it. And he never explained to me what i even did, asked me what i was doing, said i braked for the corner, saw the traffic was about to leave the lights so i accelerated out of the corner. Hey mase, what do you mean about to pack in it. Is it making noises, what sort. Cause my turbo's been very noisy since day one and havn't had a problem. But if you're after an rb25 turbo, i know a guy that's got one for sale in brisbane, around the 500 mark, in good nic, was gunna put it in his rb20 silvia but is now selling the car so doesn't need the turbo or gtr cooler.

What do you mean. How do you plan on putting the v8 in there then if the max capacity is 3750.

as long as it's installed right, and you're happy with it. To each his own...but i still reserve the right to give shit to people in civic's and commodore's with neon's driving around ok. They don't have to like it.

Or how about a problem with authority complex ? Boxhead was banned after repeated warnings, from whoring in the wrong place, to abusing moderators. No matter how many times to try to tell some people, they just don't listen. I can remember having a conversation with him over a year ago, i even said, if you have any problems with moderators or admins to message me and i'll look into it. But this had just dragged on long enough, we're hear ultimately to talk about cars and organise getting skylines australia running, we don't want, nor do we have to put up with being abused cause someones got nothing better to do. There's not one person on this forum i would say i don't like, but when you keep telling people to pick up their act, and they keep pushing and pushing, at some stage somethings got to give. Do you think that abusing a police officer cause you were doing 80 in a 60 zone because you could, and calling him this and that will get you off ? I'll definately agree, there's a time and a place for everything, but there's also 60k zones which perhaps shouldn't be either.

All official positions needed to get the club running have been assigned and we are trying our best to get the club up and running. All we're waiting for at the minute is to hear back from some sponsors so we can offer all members the most when they join. We don't wanna do things half arsed, in the end it will work out for the best.
