  1. I will now extend a standing offer to all PRIVATE importers for locked garage facilities 5 mins from Port Kembla. If you have to get your car the hell away from the wharfies, let me know. Adrian
  2. Mistakes aplenty - Paul took a whole second off his ET, somehow my car now makes OVER 300kW.....hahaha.... Subscribers should have got it yesterday - The article on TWOOGLE looked great! Adrian
  3. HPI Issue 59 just lobbed in my mailbox and it's their latest "GTR Cheaterer Special". I turn to page 82 and what do I see??? - Moanie doing her best to dig a hole to China with her back wheels, right through the track surface at WSID!!! - Nitrous purge (poser) action - Brad whiting out the sun - TWOOGLE miraculously dropping into the low nines with a spectacular typo - Triple G R31 Gearbox destruction And much more. Go team! Adrian

  5. How did Caroline go in the Silver Zed? Did anyone notice the tyres she had on? Adrian
  6. If you're going to be launching in a big, viscious way mate, the diff won't be the problem. My advice, get an R33 GTR centre, short shafts, CV shafts and hubs and bolt them into place in your std diff housing and in place of all the other gtst stuff. That's what I'm doing - i reckon that'd be plenty for your car. You also get to keep the 4.1:1 ratio (same as gtst) which should see you well into 4th gear through the traps. Good luck
  7. The microphone is at about the 1000' mark from memory and is 20' off to the side. Turbo rotaries get pinged for noise all the time.
  8. That's not a fully fledged pick but there were plenty of them! Dust storm from hell on Friday night had the boogers cranking all weekend Yuck. Adrian

Pretty woefull really - the driving rain filled up the first two spark plug holes and resulted in unintentional water injection - boost wasn't staying controlled so we backed off the gas and ran again. was still breaking up so we pulled the plugs and found the water new plugs and 75hp gas with heaps less fuel was better and cleaner but still way too fat (11.3:1 AFR's and 111mph) so we bumped the gas back up to 100hp and kept the fuel as it was and saw 12.0:1 AFR's across the whole of 3rd and 4th gear. As this was our 4th run, the time didn't count towards qualifying - would of easily made the quick 16 if it did Either way we still had a ball of a weekend and Stuart from Bezerkly was as good as ever - (especially when I was breaking down and being a cranky man). Big effort to TWOOGLE too!

I'm racing - Driving up with Paul and Stace, roadtrain style
  13. Funniest post ever! Incidentally, the 4.61 pass looks to have torched the heads at the 1000' mark. This and the fact that the car was still running on the NHRA spec'd 85% nitro mix is insane! Plenty more to come I'm sure. Adrian
  14. Ustasa on this and other forums is Valent from Unigroup in case you need to go to the source. Adrian
  15. I'm racing - paperwork is in and entry is paid for. Big thanks to Steve's Speed Shop for the Nitrous Fills and the VP103 Cruising up with Paul and whoever else is making the roadtrip up with us. Adrian
  16. 98mph could be making 200hp and the 131mph could be more like 500hp. You need to look at the whole timeslip with all the incrementals to compare properly. Adrian
  17. I have Dunlop SP Supersport Race x 8. 245/40/17 and $70/tyre. Great condition. Adrian

  22. The beeping is the shift indicator. Having driven a totally stock Typhoon I can say they are an awesome car to drive and a total surprise to me. Huge torque rush - definitly needs the beeping flashing shift indicator. Adrian
  23. That's 3 big ticks for GTRGeoff! I'm looking into doing this to mine now but with GTS4 centre and shafts (31 spline) Adrian
  24. Now I've finished watching "Door Car Chaos" for the 5th time this week, I'm primed enough to not care where I sleep. BRING ON QLD !!!!! Adrian
